I don't have a sore throat at this time so I can't say how well it would work for that but it is pleasant to use and has a nice flavor, very sweet but honey is naturally sweet. I like that it has bee propolis extract which is to have health benefits. The description states-- Propolis also contains important vitamins, such as vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E and useful minerals such as magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), potassium (K), sodium (Na), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), and iron (Fe). A few enzymes, such as succinic dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphatase, adenosine triphosphatase, and acid phosphatase, are also present in propolis.I love that it is made in the USA, non GMO and no preservatives. I guess it doesn't need preservatives since honey is a natural preservative

Natural product that soothes a sore throat far better than anything from your local pharmacy.Fairly priced and fresh.Incidentally, dark chocolate is wonderful for a cough, just in case your sore throat also has a cough.

it has a very sweet taste but at the same time it stings a bit.but it seems to work.It definitely helped with my soar throat.It's going to take several applications to feel the full effect.
