I am 5’4 220 lbs. I got a xl because I wanted a snug fit. I’ve bought so many from like Target, Walmart, amazon, and even an expensive Colombian one but this one is by far my favorite. After having a baby I needed something long from the front to help with the lower tummy. It’s so sturdy and the material is marvelous. Helps give that extra support if you have bad posture or lift weights. Definitely going to buy another one when I lose more weight.

I really like it and it's one of the most comfortable trainers I've had but it's a little short, I have a long torso so it doesn't cover everything I'd like in the front but still good quality

This trainer fits as expected I ordered a 2x by mistake and was going to send it back when it arrived. Didn't have to do that cause I stored my sizes they automatically sent a 3x and it's comfortable to wear under clothes to sweat on the go. Love it in two days I can see results. Keeping consistent it will be a hot girl summer.

Great product for the price. I love how it zips and has double bands for added support. I have a longer torso, so it’s been a challenge finding a waits trainer that covered my hip/ stomach area. This one is a great fit. Size ordered xxl
