This is a very nice machine! It's a workhorse. Built well and feels so good! My only problem is that I have swollen feet and it doesn't cover the tops of my feet, but that's not the fault of the machine. There are so many versions of these machines, but don't be sceptical of this one, it's very nice and would make an incredible gift for someone who is on their feet all the time.

Purchased the foot massager in Dec. 2021 and it stopped working in July 2022 - just 7 months after purchase. It will not light up or come on. It is past the return date, but the product has a one year warranty. Therefore, I am requesting a replacement. I've contacted the seller and got no help. I'm contacting the manufacturer to ask for a replacement. They are in China and are very hard to deal with.Hopefully, they will stand by their warranty and offer to replace it.

The media could not be loaded.  I have no idea how I survived without shiatsu foot massager in my life. Especially a remote controlled one. The different programs are all equally fantastic, and some of those programs have a great deep roller massage going. It really gets the blood moving in my muscles and loosens them up enough that I don't feel like walking on knives when I get home. Equally nice is the fact that I've moved it up to my calves and it works just as beautifully.The width of the openings are 5 inches wide so it fits both my feet and the hubs, but it doesn't fit his calves where mine do. The remote works from across the couch so that I can change the programs when me or him are using it. Sometimes because I like to irritate him by changing it mid-stream lol. And the ball design makes it soothing instead of sharp and pokey. It's not overly loud either. I can easily hear my lovely tv shows on the Flix while drinking my glass of wine and getting my feet some lovin that works longer then the hubs.

I used this every day and enjoyed it. I was disappointed when it stopped working after a little over 1 year. I guess it was worth a hundred bucks.

If you have any kind of problems with your feet, this is the product that will help you get better 😱 I have RA and my feet are getting to where they are hurting all the time. But I sit down with my feet in this machine and it makes my feet so much better

Product returned and money refunded.The motor in this machine ceased up after one use.In my opinion, I would also be wary of any 4 and 5 star reviews on this product. During the one use I did get out of this massager, it was "okay" at best. Only one part of this machine felt like a massage should have, and that was the side panels that squeeze the sides of your feet or legs. The padding on the side panels was done well and did a great job at feeling like a massage, however the bottom area that your feet rest on was uncomfortable and at most times painful. Not to mention the hard plastic around the massage panels doesn't add any comfort level at all. It takes more work keeping your feet or legs in the right position so that they aren't uncomfortable than it's worth.... only to have it fail on you so quickly. For the price of this machine, they could afford to build a better motor. I would definitely NOT recommend this product, especially if you suffer from nerve pain, or value the worth of your hard earned money.
