Urban Green Glass Spice Jars with Bamboo Lids - Set of 12 with Labels and Airtight Lids - For Herbs, Spices, and Dry Food Storage

I’ve been looking for a cuter way to store my loose tea leaves and I was so excited when I found these :) the paperwork said not to put them in the dishwasher, but I’m lazy and hate to hand wash stuff soooo I put them in there and they were fine! The size is perfect and the seal is airtight. Love them so much I ordered another set for the rest of my tea.

Everything in my home has its place in some sort of containment unit. I love baskets, jars, etc. I needed some new jars for spices and herbs. These are of outstanding quality; the glass and the lids are both excellent. They came with lots of prewritten labels and a sheet of blanks that you can use to write on yourself. I'm very pleased with this purchase - definitely would recommend them. They'd make a great housewarming or shower gift.

I bought these to store my loose leaf teas as I wanted to be a bit more eco-friendly in my purchases/storing methods. I found these and although they are not double lid/sealed as most recommended tea canisters are, these get the job done. I have been using them for a few months now and my tea leaves are still fresh. The glass is thick enough that I didn't feel like I would break them when handling. I washed them as normal prior to use and wiped down the bamboo lids with a damp cloth, dried, and then let sit to ensure any residual water would evaporate. The glass is crystal clear and the lids fit and seal perfectly. The package came with a little leaflet regarding additional Urban Green products, I definitely will be checking them out in the future.

I appreciate being able to store staples in glass. This set surpasses the bar for keeping a tight lid to ensure freshness. I took 2 sizes and filled them with water. Hand fit Inside well for easy access. Tipped them over and not a drip, so I’d say excellent for closed storage. Emptied quickly and dried without a hitch. Beautiful enough to use on counter. I’m totally pleased.

I added fruit and spaghetti noodles to the jars to show the size of the jars. The glass seems thin but no rough spots, chips, or flaws. Love the bamboo lids. If the jars keep whatever I store in them fresh, then I’ll probably purchase more jars. I’ve been using mason jars as storage containers, but these jars have a nicer look. These are upscale to the mason jars. :D

These are fabulous. I’d initially purchased for pasta, loved how fresh and sealed these are that I am now purchasing my third set. They’re great for cereal, flower, candies and just about anything else that fits, and items are kept really fresh. Another brand I tried was CopDrel which are equally as nice, I just prefer these the most. Highly recommended product.

I have literally just taken these out of the box so I'm giving my initial review- I have not used them yet so have nothing to say about that.BUT, I will say there is a lack of consistency with the product.I will start by saying there was some human error on my end. I did not realize when I ordered- what I thought- was the same product in different set sizes, it's actually just slightly different in that one lid set has bamboo lids and one set has wood. I actually was wanting all wood so it's a bit of a bummer but not a big deal. I do wish the company had all set options available in both styles of lids so that I wouldn't have made this mistake. I wanted a variety of sizes, I shouldn't have to forego style just so I can have variety- especially if the product is clearly available, they just don't sell it together the same way.With that said, the different lids are actually advertised as having the same sized jars, but in reality, the jars with bamboo lids have a larger circumference. So even if I somehow just ordered more wood lids, they would be too small. I'll also add that one of the jars with a wood lid was a little taller than the others with wood lids, but still smaller circumference than bamboo lidded jars.I did receive one jar with a warped bottom, that I plan on reporting to the seller. It doesn't sit flat, it wobbles.Overall, not a huge deal, I'm being nitpicky, which is why it's still 4-stars. The product still looks nice, I'm just not a bamboo kinda gal so I'm a little sad about that.*Editing to add, they very promptly replaced my extra wobbly jar- thank you! I do a lot of bulk buying at my local health food store. This is great for storing nuts, dried fruit, trail mix and granola. And it looks so nice to leave on my counter for easy snacking access. The glass is stronger than I thought it would be for the price. It has been banged up in the sink when I wash it. Just make sure to dry the lids completely before using. The sizing I selected worked out perfectly (I have six) when stacked to display my snacks. Very happy with these.
