i'm 5'9 and right around 200lbs.. this harness fits nicely and so far no complaints..

Terrific Value
Well I got this for some small jobs around the house, pretty high up. This harness fit the bill perfectly. I'm 5'6" and this adjusted perfectly. Nice quality throughout. The extra D-rings at the front and sides made it perfect for anchoring from windows, or other solid attachment points in front of me, rather than behind me or overhead. Highly recommended.
