I really enjoyed this guitar tab book. Its for fingerstyle playing. All the tracks are very good tunes, so are fun to learn. One or two tunes featured here require 2 or more guitars to play them, but in the main its for just one guitar. Some are rather to difficult for the absolute beginner though. But if you learn the first few bars of 'Andecy' for example, it may push you to want to learn more and more.. and its a very nice tune to play. Modern classical style. Fresh and unplugged. Highly recommended.

Originally purchased this for one song The handing down by Ed Gerhard. It was worth the money for that song alone but turns out there's a lot of great songs in it

全部で18曲ありますが、6曲はアッカーマン、4曲はグラッシーのものです。カポなしのソロギターで弾ける曲は8曲のみで、ほとんどが変則チューニングを駆使しています。また、カポが無いと半分も弾けないため、カポタストは必携と言えます。デュオギターの曲がちょっとだけあるため、ソロで弾こうと考えている方はちょっと残念に思うかもしれませんが、どの曲も最高に良い曲ばかりなので是非手元に置いてもらいたいです。どの曲も、細かいテンポの指定や左右の指使い、細かい演奏表現、指板に対する指の状態など、海外のものにしては意外なほど親切な楽譜と言えます。冒頭にはそれぞれの曲の由来、作曲者の紹介もあるため結構面白いです。Amazonさんだと中身を多少見ることができますので、冒頭のAndency（A.York）を軽く弾いてみて、良いと思うなら間違いなく買いです。

This is a nice collection of solo guitar music, mostly recorded in the 80s and early 90s by Windham Hill artists. Difficulty level ranges from moderate to challenging, and the transcriptions I've read thus far work well (there are a few places in the transcription of 'On The Way' by David Cullen that may deviate slightly from his recording, but use your own judgement -- and ears). The book features both regular notation and tablature.Players should be aware that many of the tunes in this book make use of alternate tunings, and some require a capo. There is a duet or two as well.
