(Although we don't need that anyway) After install, there are many nooks and crannies that are going to be difficult to clean (see photo).OTHER: Don't turn on the bidet without a butt in the seat. It'll spray across the bathroom (LOL).

purchased an almost identical unit but the diafram went bad. I thought all I had to do was change out the bidet unit itself (using the same plastic supply line to the unit. that wasn't the case. they wereb not interchangable. once I figured out what the challenges and correct approach should be the subsequent problems were on me -my bad. and I had quite a few that created a mess to install. if the diaphram in the control goes bad next time, the change over will be easier as I've already had both designes and experiences. the bidet works great, good price for testing a likability for such devices most installatin was straight forward and if I wasn't trying to skip steps and simplify, It would have been a straight foporward install.

The item works well and had cut way down on the amount of TP needed. The cold water doesn't bother me at all. I had to purchase an additional part to install mine because the line to the toilet was plumbed with hard line, not a big deal but something to look for.

I bought this for my Wife for her Birthday. She cannot stop telling her friends about this thing, she loves it!!It was very easy to install and it seems to be a quality product. I hope she gets many years of use out of it..

The valve is cheaply made and broke after about 12 uses.The water wouldn't shut off.Try reaching the main water shutoff valve without getting off of the toilet!Buy a Bidet with a better valve.

What did I use this product for? LOL It's a bidet, I used it for it's intended purpose. But seriously I'm very pleased with the product and the shipping time

Very easy to install. Turn water off, flush, remove closet fitting, install new, reinstall, attach seat....go. Produce is well made and presents a very good value.

I replaced a broken bidet with this one, this one looks better quality and comes with raisers, good addition.
