Great for jogging and gardening!
Not only did I notice instant relief when I put on my belly band, but I've been using it for about two weeks now on my jogs (every other day), and I can finally feel the bigger difference in my symphysis pubis bone and ligaments. Where I once had pain with almost each impact - just speed walking - I now feel only slight pressure while running at my fullest. Not only that, but I think that it helps my posture while running as well.I'm 5'9", 189lbs, 1st Trimester (24w), and this works great while working out or doing gardening/heavy cleaning.First pregnancy I was just as active (if not more), and had terrible ligament pain. This pregnancy, I'm so relieved to have something that takes away that pain.I don't recommend using this belt as the only form of pain relief or therapy. A chiropractor or other physician who understands the changes in female anatomy during pregnancy will be able assess you and give suggestions/input.For my own body and activity level, though, this belt is just about perfect -It doesn't feel too hot (which is nice when you're running in the summer heat outside lol)It stretches nicely. It is easily adjustable. The Velcro attachment is not flimsy. It folds up nice and easy for taking on the go.It doesn't stink after a workout :-)Hope my review can help someone!!!!

Great support and pain relief
Definitely worth getting even if you are carrying small. I have been struggling with sciatica, hip and low back pain since my first month off and on. I am an avid runner and go to the gym, and was finding it difficult to do any of my exercises without being in pain. All I have to say, is I should have ordered it sooner. The only con is that it shifts up while I'm running, so I have to continually pull it down to maintain the support I need around my low back and hips.

Get the SPORT!
I've tried four brands of belly support bands now and this one is ABSOLUTELY the best! The most comfortable, most supportive, and easiest to put on & adjust. It's the first one I've tried where the Velcro doesn't eventually start scratching my skin. The support is great and customizable. It has almost completely eliminated my round ligament pain at 33 weeks pregnant! When I ordered the Baby Belly Band (around 29 weeks), I was right at the top end of the measurement for the medium size, but I got it anyway. It fits great and has plenty of room to last through my pregnancy! Also, I tried the original Baby Belly Band first, but after two hours of sitting at a desk I was DRENCHED in sweat and the neoprene took ages to dry out when I took it off. I've been wearing the Baby Belly Band Sport for two weeks of normal activity in 80+ degree weather and the occasional walk, with no more sweat than any of my other clothes.

Didn't work for PSD
This item unfortunately didn't relieve PSD pain. When positioned low under the bump, the band would fold over itself and didn't provide any support. It was low profile and felt comfortable on, but just didn't provide support in the way needed.

Best Pelvic Support Belt On The Market
This is the greatest pelvic support belt ever made. A friend who tried mine remarked "It's like a hug for your pelvis!" Yes. It's just wide enough to support you where you need it. Just stretchy enough to not give you insane constipation or keep you dependent upon it if you are hypermobile. Not too hot, not too stretchy, not too bulky. Absolutely perfect. I've suggested it to my PT as it's the best belt out there.I've used the SI Loc belts - both regular and maternity, a nameless thin traditional stretchy neoprene, traditional webbed belts (literally just webbing and a buckle), Motherhood maternity's pointless piece of elastic belt, and several from my local medical supply store.I'm not pregnant - I have GI issues, sacroilitis and pubic symphysis dysfunction. Wearing a traditional SI belt is absolute torture and results in GI blockage, but hey my pelvis is stable!Because of constant GI issues I've had a permanent belly, like being 6-7 months pregnant for years. Needing to wear maternity clothes and all, making sure everything is cut low.I've gotten this belt as a gift for pregnant friends and they've all loved it.There is nothing like the relief of good support, and this will hold your aching pelvis together perfectly.

This has been helping with my pain
I bought this band because I have been having pain in my round ligaments and I think pelvic floor. I'm not sure where the pain technically is, but everything pretty much hurts and I wanted to see if something like this would help. For example, just a little bit of walking was making me very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. We were going to go to the Ren Fest and I wanted to be able to walk around with everyone so I bought this and tried it out. It allowed me to walk around some, not as much as I would have been able to pre-pregnancy, but it let the pain subside enough to get around. And then when I took it off I felt how much pain I was really in. So I guess it has allowed me to walk but it doesn't prevent the pain from occurring, if that makes any sense. The pain will come but the band allows for the pain to be felt later. And that's been an okay thing because then I can do Oula and I still want to be active. And I want to say something about sizing because I had some uncertainty about what size to order. Pre-pregnancy I would wear an XL skirt and given their sizing guidelines I would be wearing a Large belt. The Large was the correct size. Right now in my pregnancy I'm 210 lbs and 5'7".

Great product, comfortable fit!
This is great. It is made of very soft neoprene or neoprene like fabric so can comfortably be worn under or over the belly band of your pants. I wear this for part of each day, but after a couple of hours, it is a little too tight along the bottom of my belly. I am only 23 weeks and not that large, so not sure how this will work through the remainder of my pregnancy.I am 6' and usually a size 10 and ordered a large. This is plenty big enough to wrap around more than halfway across my belly.Overall great product.
