Definitely a good cup my son loves it

So I had a small issue where my daughter damaged her water bottle which hasn’t caused problems for over a year. I reached out to Chillout Life customer service and the entire issue was resolved in 2 days. The customer service was so great and I’m happy I made my original purchase with this brand. Do yourself a favor and purchase one! It’s does everything it should.

Very pretty design. The rubber coaster is nice for putting it down but it doesn't fit as well in the car cupholder. I like the flip drinking spout.

My daughter loves the water bottle but she broke it after a few months. The customer service sent me a new one without asking. Thank you!

These water bottles are great! Good quality and gorgeous. I like that they are small enough for my kids to carry, but big enough to last them the whole day at school.Mine both arrived without straws but I contacted the company and they shipped me replacements the same day! We are pleased the with product and the customer service. Would buy again

I bought this bottle for my daughter before she started kindergarten. I’m happy to report it held up all year! The stickers stayed on as well and are still like new. (Hand wash only) Keeps water cold for a long time! Highly recommend!

A small rubber piece in the lid fell out in one of the first few uses, the company replaced it quickly. The new one was more leak proof than the first.My daughter loves the stickers and I love that the rubber base keeps it from getting all dinged up. It's a little big for most cup holders.

This water bottle is amazing! And the costumer service it top notch. I bought one for my daughter, and the lid seemed to have a little leak. Nothing crazy but I knew they were leakproof. I sent an email msg about the lid and they were back to me within 24 hours. Not even a week later they sent me not only a lid but a whole new water bottle. Way over and beyond in my option. New water bottle doesn’t seem to leak at all. The old one is still useable. Will definitely buy again in the future.

The water would not come out to drink, either with the straw or without, tipped up. Well, that sort of let out a dribble of water. What’s the point of a water bottle you can’t drink out of.

USELESS "lifetime warranty" A teeny rubber seal under the spout broke with in a few months rendering the bottle useless. Emailed seller and never got a response. Just wanted a replacement rubber ring but no help. Do NOT recommend. 😫
