Tanman One Touch Electric Can Opener

The media could not be loaded.  I love my Tanman Electric Can Opener! I do a lot of the cooking in our house and one of my favorite things to cook is a nice big pot of brisket and bean chili. A real chili has to have a lot of beans (and I like a lot of variety - kidney, black, red, pinto, and chili beans). I hate opening cans with the silly manual can opener, so my wife picked up this can opener for me.The thing works like a charm!What I like the most about it is I can run it while I'm doing something else like cutting vegetables or browning meat. You just set it on top of the can and push the button to start. The opener guides itself around the can and leaves a clean edge when it's done. You also don't have to worry about the lid falling down into the can anymore. Oh Snap!If you're in the market for an electric can opener, this is a good one. This can opener only lasted removing can lids 2 1/2 times!! The sound it made hurt my ears...........very poor value for the cost!!!! I searched and found one (which was the brand I had previously) and bought it! I would not recommend this can opener to anyonel!!!!

I does work but you need hearing protection while it's running, yes, it's that loud. It's as if someone wanted to make a metal grinding noise maker and accidentally created a can opener.

Never once did it open the can all the way. Didn't always start the first time. Would stop halfway around the can. My first one touch can opener (different brand) lasted ten years and had none of these problems. I bought this because I couldn't find the original brand I bought.

I am very happy with the performance of this product. I first received a slightly defective product which did not perform satisfactorily, but upon contacting the seller, I was immediately sent a replacement, which is wonderful. It works beautifully. Saves my arthritic joints! I would highly recommend the product.

I bought this on 12/1/2016. The first thing I noticed was it was much, much louder than my "One-Touch" that I had for years. Now it is the first week in February 2017 and it is completely broken. I hope I can find a REAL One-Touch somewhere. The Tanman One Touch Electric Can Opener is a piece of junk!

works pretty good blade seems a little small have to be very careful how you place on a can to get it to work. not as good as another i had and wore out after several years.
