I eat this every week!!
I absolutely love these. I definitely ate these almost every day when I lost about 15 pounds. I still regularly eat these in my diet. They taste amazing, and it really helps me to satisfy my pasta craving.

We love these!
We tried these to use as a pasta replacement for ketogenic meals… the texture is great! It definitely helps when you’re feeling like a pasta dish, and these take way less time to cook, but make a dish taste just as good. They are so easy to include in dinner… just drain rinse and heat… less than 10 minutes. I love that if a can is damaged I just have to reach out to the company and they replace it. We think the quality of the product is fantastic. It’s a good price in this big 6 pack. There is no smell to these, they just absorb whatever flavor is in the dish. We have them on a subscription and they are great every time.

Shorter with good flavor
There are cut lengthwise (about 3-4 inches) unlike in a spiral like more popular brands. Flavor was very good though. Although the cans came in a nice box, 2 of them were dented, fortunately did not compromise the seal. God deal

Not thrilled with the quality of the 'noodles'
I don't often review products but felt an obligation to share my frustration with this brand of plant based pasta substitute. We were looking for an option for our regular Palmini brand noodles. The Palmini's are good, though a bit chewy and the soft-sided can kept showing up dented. When we saw this brand with the 4-star rating, it seemed to be worth a try.The 6 cans of Spalmghetti noodles arrived in a nice box, yet 4 of the 6 cans were dented :sigh: Why do Palmini and Spalmghetti use soft-sided cans?We went ahead with the 2 undamaged cans for dinner that night. We were both disappointed at the yellowish color of the noodles as opposed to the bright white Palminis, as well as the abundant amount of poorly cut strands where 3, 4, 5 strands were still stuck together and had to be pulled apart by hand. The noodles tasted more like bamboo shoots than hearts of palm.Overall, the texture was better than Palmini noodles but the Spalmghetti product came off as low quality especially for the price. Will not purchase again.

Use like pasta
Similar to the one I used to buy. Only problem is the can is dented in shipping despite their good packaging

Rather surprised.
This is not wheat pasta. I miss pasta. I have cheated my diet to have it. I LOVE pasta. And, yet, after years, nearly a decade, of struggling with this... I am finally, mostly, clean. Still, pasta is an Achilles' heel for me... one of them, probably the worst. So, I am trying various noodles. This was the first, of a fresh start, to find replacements. This was very good. As mentioned, it is not wheat, whole or otherwise, pasta. It is, however, rather reasonable. Now, I overcooked it, according to how they suggest. But, other than draining, did little else. And, I simply cooked it in my fashioned marinara sauce. Nothing fancy, just a bit longer, by twice or more. And it wasn't just okay, it was tasty, and filling. Unlike real pasta, which I seem to be able to eat forever! I can't get enough wheat pasta. With this, I was satisfied after half the can. And, really satisfied, not bored. This does make me wonder if zucchini might be better, if cooked longer. It wasn't bad, but not quite this good. Of course, there is all the processing involved, and pretty much having to eat it fresh. Not only did this taste great the first day. I had the last half the next day, stored with the meat and sauce overnight, and it was just as good. I don't know how long it would last, otherwise, opened or cooked. But overnight, and as seconds, it was quite good. A bit pricey, but I don't eat it that often. Just when I get a hankering for pasta, a few times every few months. Doable. I just wish I had found this before. I will continue to try others, from zucchini to spaghetti squash to zero noodles. But I am certain I can rely on these.I will keep these in my cupboard, for when I know I need pasta that is right, or close enough. And I can't wait to try their rice, which I also obtained. If you aren't sure, but you know you need to make a break... knowing this will never be wheat pasta but might be good enough? Give it a shot. I feel a fool for not trying this so very long ago. Been looking at it for years.

Great stuff!
I have tried other brands, and this one is the best. I was leery of the can as I thought it might impart a tinny flavor. However, this stuff is better than the competition. The texture is a bit softer than the others, more like noodles, and the palm aroma is less. Great stuff!

Works great for low carb / keto diet. Boil, rinse, repeat.
I've made these a few time when I am craving pasta. I boil them for about 45 minutes, and swap water one time in that 45 minutes. Works well, I can eat about a whole can, but at 80 calories, that's perfectly fine.Almost all my cans were dented, I didn't really care. They are still sealed and work fine. I just made pasta last night with some stewed tomatoes that I cooked down for the 45 minutes while my noodles boiled. Added some Argentinian sausage and it was excellent. Even my gf who hates pretty much all low-carb substitutes said it wasn't too bad, I was quite surprised.Re-ordering now, and will keep a couple cans in my pantry.
