BruynzeelWater Colour Pencils Box 48 (8835H48)

I just got into using watercolor pencils and these looked like an interesting set to try as I was unfamiliar with the brand. I like these a lot and will look into getting the regular pencils from this brand. These respond easily to water and while some if the colors have good pigment some of the lighter colors seem to fade away completely when I add water but that may just be my application . The colours are different to any of the sets that I currently own in that they are more muted not in a bad way just deeper in tone. They are very light because while the core is quite thick there isn't that much wood around it. I would prefer names instead of numbers and I wish there were more colors in the range as the biggest set I could find was 48 pencils and I prefer a wider range of colors to choose from. All of that is made up for but the innovative box. It is 4 foam padded drawers. This may be the only set of pencils I keep in the box.

I love this set of watercolor pencils. They aren’t the most pigmented ever, but they melt down very smoothly with water and layer really well. The color selection is great and I find myself reaching for these over my Derwent Inktense and Faber-castell albrect durer watercolor pencils often. They work well with other brands of watercolor pencils and water color paints and gouache as well. The packaging is amazing, one of my favorite packaging for colored pencils. My only con is that a few colors, the lead breaks really easily when sharpening which leads to wasting the pencil, which is a bummer. I’ve had that happen to 2-3 pencils in this set so far.

Beautiful set of 48 watercolor pencils. You can also buy a matching set of colored pencils to go along with them, if you choose. They are nice wet or dry. The packaging is the nicest I’ve ever seen for a set of pencils. Could not find lightfast ratings. Aside from that, a beautiful product that I love and will buy again when I run low.

I first purchased the smaller box of these pencils and was so impressed with the quality that I have now purchased the large selection. You can manipulate the color with a wet brush to get softer effects. I sometimes use them to outline something and then use paints to finish off the picture.

These are high quality and can be used wet or dry. Grey value for the money.

These were a present for my Mum who loves arty stuff.She chose them and I bought them.She's well pleased with them however the packaging was non-existent. Having been used to Amazon wrapping the simplest of products in excessive paper and cardboard, this came as it was taken off the shelf with a sticky label slapped onto it. A bit poor really, but it did arrive in reasonable condition save for a slightly crushed corner of the box. Mum tells me the pencils are all fine so no harm done, but they are expensive so I'd expect better packaging really....

Creo que deberían ser más colores, pero quitando eso, son unos colores increibles, al ser acuarelables es un plus y se mezclan bastante bien, no dejan rallanos y no cuesta colorear con ellos, no se rompe la punta, están perfectamente protegido, el color que marca coincide con el del lápiz, pero no lo recomiendo para niños, en mi opinion son para gente que sea un poco más adulta, que este comenzando o que ya se manejen bien pero no es una gama escolar

questi Acquerelli sono un po' costosi, ma se acquistati magari usufruendo di una qualche offerta, sono veramente ottimi, morbidi e con una buona pigmentazione, inoltre hanno un imballo eccezionale, ogni matita è ben isolata da quella accanto, contenuta in un cassettino da dodici. Questa confezione presenta 4 cassettoni contenuti in una piacevole scatola. Ottima per un regalo.La consiglio

Los compré para un regalo pero ya los había probado hace unos años de una compañera. La relación calidad/precio es fantástica, por eso me decidí por ellos. Tiene muchos tonos neutros que a los decoradores profesionales nos encantan porque los usamos en exceso. Los recomiendo para adultos que cuando dibujan no suelen apretar el lápiz, para ellos son ideales porque la mina obviamente tiene la fragilidad de la acuarela.
