Xavier (Vigilance Book 4)

Brilliant end to the series
This is the fourth and last book in the Vigilance series and we finally get to find out who X is. This book is about Xavier - leader of the Vigilance group and Emilio - a lot younger computer hacker and how their relationship develops and finally wrap up the story arc started in the first book. Love how Xavier can be over protective of Emilio one minute and be puffy in his hands the next. Can't wait for the start of the new series set in New Orleans. Hoping the boys from this series and Marchesi pop in every so often.

4.5 Stars
I really enjoyed Xavier and I admit to being a wee bit sad that the Marchesi and Vigilance books have come to an end but happy that a new series about the Theriot family is on the horizon!! (I can't wait for Lancelot's story - he reminds me of Devil Marchesi.) Hopefully the Marchesi and Vigilance crew will pop in to give them a hand!!

Not one of the best
I love this series and was really looking forward to reading Xavier’s story, but I have to say I felt it was lacking. Hoping Remington’s book will put this right

Wow ....what a superb finish to the Vigilance series. Xavier & Emilio's journey was beautifully written. Loved this booked so much.....the story was incredible. Silvia has outdone herself on this series ...its phenomenal. Highly recommend. I cannot wait for the series which starts with Remingtons story.....thats going to be epic.

Brilliant
Omg this book was definitely worth reading. I cannot believe how one person could turn a hard nut like Xavier to fall to his knees and show his weakness. I absolutely loved this side of Xavier hope their is more from these characters.

Great ending to another amazing series
Love X and Emilio’s story added what we needed in the series and a lot of chemistry, her and action. Bring on the new family

The conclusion to the Vigilance Series - and a teaser for the next one!
Having read the whole series in order, I was eagerly anticipating Xavier's story as he sounded like such a tough guy. The story didn't quite live up to expectation. Xavier and Emilio actually get together relatively easily, and I didn't find the plot as interesting as earlier in the series. There are the introduction of some new characters though, mainly a mob family from New Orleans who will be the focus of a new series. They sounded intriguing enough I'll definitely read them, so Syliva is doing something right! A lot of the characters from previous books in the series also make a welcome appearance.

X is revealed
A drawn out story with plenty of action. Many familiar faces and new ones too. This was quite a gentle story to me and more of an intro into the new series but I did love how protective X was of Emilio and how he didn't have any back and forth acknowledging feelings. Emilio was a bit shy at times but he almost certainly didn't mind telling X what to do. A pleasant read about new found feelings and the obvious team antics.
