Helps with Anxieties, Depressions and bad habits and addictins!!!
This is a bioavailable omega 3 which means it's ready without digestion. I would advise this for anyone with psychological issues such as anxieties, depressions, or addictions of any habits. Omega 3 with combinations of healthy diet and probiotics, will solve any addictions and bad habits. People who are struggling with psychological problems and addictions habits are stuck because their brains is deficient in essential nutrients needed for brain function. And optimal brain function is needed for the brain to responed to a change of habit. Also, sexual abstinence is necessary for brain energy to process any change of habits. If anyone have questions, please email me at [email protected] and I will gladly answer your questions concerning health. I wish health for you!

This was a sub for the 1000mg all krill oil
I have been using the 1000mg all krill oil but sometimes have difficulty obtaining. This is my first time substituting a blend of krill oil and fish oil. At 900mg krill oil it's close to my usual but contains more omega 3 so appears to be a win-win situation.

High dose EPA/DHA lowered my hereditary high triglycerides
I have taken some sort of fish oil for five years. My first visit to the cardiologist was at age 37 when my primary doctor couldn't control them and tricor was working anymore. My triglycerides were 750. I now take trilipix and high dose EPA/DHA fish oil like lovasa. Prescription Lovasa was to expensive for me so i started with fish/krill oil. Here is what I have learned from my Dr.'s. 1. To lower triglycerides with fish oil you need a high dose of EPA/DHA like the 4 in 1. I take 1800-2000 mg of EPA/DHA a day. 2. To digest the fish oil you do need some fat in your diet or you are waisting your time and will belch it. I had switched to a plant based diet and my triglycerides skyrocketed. So under advisement of my Dr. I adjusted to eat plant based, no starches, with chicken and turkey about three times a week. My triglycerides have stayed around 250 to 300 which is low for me. I hope this help at least one person.
