These make the yummiest pancakes on earth! The meyer lemon flavour is heavenly and the blueberries a nice touch. There have become a "must have" when one of my out of town friends comes for a visit. I have them on the weekends because..... well, why not? I'm just as special as any of my friends that come visit!

Really enjoyed.
We used the lemon/blueberry mix to make waffles. They were great. In fact, we made a batch one day and three days later made them again. The taste has a definite lemon taste, which we enjoyed. The blueberries are dried and already in the mix. Once cooked they soften up. I am going to order more of the mix.
