This mat is perfect. It's squishy enough that my knees aren't in pain, but firm enough that I can still do balance poses. The two tone color is awesome. And it doesn't slide around AT ALL. I've used it every morning andmy only tiny complain is that it was packaged in a box that was far too big and arrived with the box crushed in so many places. So be aware that there's a chance it could get damaged in transit if you're going to purchase this.

I LOVE this mat! My biggest issue with yoga mats is the odor. This one has absolutely no odor at all! I got the 12 mm thick one and it is perfect for my knees. The carrying handle is very easy to use as well. It does not slip on the floor at all. It does not provide the anti-slippage under my hands while doing yoga as well as my other (very thin) mats, but it is adequate. My feet do not slip at all. I use cream all the time on my hands so this may be the reason.

This mat is so comfortable. I bought it specifically for the thickness and it does not disappoint.

Everything was great about the mat. I was working out, super impressed with the way it made my back feel supported. I did yoga and was even more impressed when I truly felt how comfortable and thick it felt. But then, out of no where, I was tightening the bands around the purple and blue yoga mat and…IT SNAPS! I was shocked!!! But instead of freaking out I made the broken strap work until I ordered a bag to hold the yoga mat.Anyway, the mat is amazing quality but the bands to hold it… not so much on that level yet.

I love Yoga but this mat makes it a little bit sweeter! The color combo is beautiful and it has been a savior on my knees. The travel straps are also easy to wrap around the mat for easy transport.

Nice mat, 2 layers of foam that measure out to 3/8' thick. Looks and feels like a good quality item and should be wonderful for my yoga routines.

I loved this mat as it soft, thick and perfectly good for body.

I am giving 4 stars because the item arrived damaged but the entire experience was great1/ item arrived faster than expected2/ customer service was top notch3/ currently my city is in lockdown and the customer service was understanding and we worked out a solution that was tailored to my situation.The mat is very good quality, very light weightand thicker than your average mat (as described), firm enough to give good balance on standing pose, doesn't stretch when planking, and yet smooth under your knees and easy on the wrists.But I think it wasn't packed properly. The box didn't seemed damaged (but carton might have more bounce than the mat)Something heavy crushed the mat and ruined the foam. Resulting in permanent creases and dentsThe stripes where shoved inside the mat which caused the dents.Despite this I didn't notice any tears, which I think is a tribute to how good quality it's supposed to be. So overall with a sturdier package I would definitely recommend and buy again this mat! I wish they made the same but wider!
