Typically the best covers last 2 years or less ... if this lasts 4 years it may be worth the extra $$. But it has design flaws
(8/3/17) Update: The product could use improvement but the company was so helpful with a full refund that I'm changing the review to 4 stars. Trying one of these covers is apparently risk-free - at least if you let them know you're unhappy within a fairly.short time after purchase.(7/30/17) Update: It's going down a star to 2. It's been on the mower exactly one week and it's already fading badly to a strange orangish-brown. The bagginess of it makes the fading very obvious because those big folds protect some areas from the sun. As a result it's taking on a striped appearance. Hard to believe the mfr's claim that it has much UV protection at all.(7/23/17) Not at all sure it's worth all the extra money, but I'm going to try it out on the off chance that it is in fact more UV resistant than other brands as the manufacturer says. Typically the best covers (for example the one I've been using is https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0000VUN92?psc=1) last only 2 years or less in the FL sun, even if stored indoors a few months. It's going to get the acid test here in Florida. But first impressions - I'm not impressed with the design:*The fabric doesn't seem much thicker than other covers I've had.*Not very fitted for a lawn tractor.. Doesn't seem to have a high end (where the seat is) and a low end (where the engine is). Very baggy rather than fitted in places and too tight in others (like over the seat). My tractor is not huge.*No labels saying where the front and back are. This makes it difficult to figure out how to orient it when putting it on.*Vents are in a weird position, the openings end up facing sideways rather than down. This might be a symptom of the bad fit or not being able to figure out how it's supposed to be put on. Are the vents supposed to be near the back or front?*No elastic on the sides, right where you need it to snug under the mower deck.

4 years later under all weather conditions
We covered a Craftsman 46" deck mower all year round since June 2017 with the "Family Accessories" mower cover. The mower was parked in a solid fenced in area under sun, rain, wind and snow exposure in the Joliet, IL. area. We thought the fabric was a strong and pliable heavy weight making it suitable for taking on and off the mower without damage. The construction quality was fine too. It has faded significantly by year 3 and was punctured in a few spots this past year. The negative the entire time was the huge volume of the cover. I didn't return it since it seemed most of the covers were described "for up to 56" deck". And they still are. The 76x47x47 was way oversized and draped about 1 foot too much all the way around. The bottom 1 foot of fabric didn't fade as much but it was usually wet half of the year and has a little mildew. The mower dimensions are 72" long including bumper, 43" top of seat and 56" deck to chute edge. I would tuck the elastic edges under the tires and deck and chute and it was still too large. I would place garden hoses on top and chairs and wheelbarrows against and whatever was handy to help the cover hug the mower and keep it from blowing off. The fabric was durable enough to enable stuff to be piled on it. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to what caused the punctures in the fabric but the holes didn't get any larger. So today I gave this cover an assessment to help write this review.I tried to rip and tear the fabric to test its strength and it's still good, pliable and strong. The taped seams and stitching are good. The waterproof coating on the inside is fully intact and not peeling / flaking or smelly. The fabric outside waterproof coating (DWR) is no longer working and so the cover gets soaked and I wouldn't expect it to last for 3-4 years .I wrote all of this because I've been reading the reviews of riding mower covers and found that most didn't have enough information to help me determine the next cover purchase.I'm purchasing this cover again in the smaller size because if it's the same construction I know what to expect. One of the noticeable comments in many of the other companies mower cover reviews is the dissatisfaction with the quality and sizing information. I'll address the sun and water with DWR products. The color was a medium / dark olive green and it faded to a brown and now it's a very bleached sand/tan. I lined a bucket with a part of the cover and poured a gallon of water into the depression and the water passed through very slow. Probably to be expected but curious to see if it was still waterproof regardless of the DWR.The mower condition is great so that's what counts in the end since the cover did it's job and protected it.

So far so good, but it's new ...
It is probably silly to review a product that I've only had a couple of weeks, unless it's food! So I can't comment on the long term durability of this cover, which is one of the most important factors. I recently bought a second riding mower and at first thought I'd get the same classic cover that I've been using on my other mower for several years, but I saw this cover and decided to give it a try to compare the two. The first cover is very good and seems to have several years life remaining. The new cover is a bit thicker and considerably larger; it covers my Deere LA110A with a lot of room to spare so really it's too large for my mower(s). But it does appear well made and will probably be in use for many years. Sunlight has already slightly faded a few areas but that happened to my first cover so I don't see that as a problem. As I did with my first "other brand" cover, I will periodically update this review to hopefully provide info about the longer term use.

Fades to brown quickly and is WAY too large. Thick fabric is a positive.
I give this 2 stars only because the fabric is nice and thick, with a poly backing. Decided to return but missed the return window. There are 2 big, obvious issues with this, which lead me to suspect some of the 5 star reviews. First, this cover has terrible UV protection. It faded from the army green to brown in about 5 days on areas in direct sun. I've been rotating it ever since trying to get it looking uniform. Second, the cut/size is ridiculously huge. I have a John Deere X300--a fairly large garden tractor, and I believe I could probably fit 2 of them under this thing. There is about 2 feet of slack on both sides of the cover, so that has to be folded several times. Looks sloppy and I'm constantly pulling the soggy slack off the wet ground after a rain. Also, there are a couple nice vents, but they are not centered so you either put them along the axis of the mower and all the slack to one side, or you even out all the slack folds and just settle for vents on one side. I think whoever cut these covers was drunk. Still, I like the thickness of the fabric and it does shed water well -- so far -- so I give 2 stars for that.
