Ordered the tree in November for Christmas did not receive tree until January,it was broke on the bottom of the tree and the base took pics and asked for a replacement and all I ever got was the base wrote back asking about the tree and have not heard from them since bottom line I would not buy from these people again

White ceramic tree
I planned on ordering this for my aunt, but ordered it to be shipped here first. It was packed in an apple box from a grocery store with 3 different kinds of packing. It's kind of unstable, but worked for me. I kept it and bought another one for my aunt from a different person, and it was new, and packed properly for them. I wouldn't buy this again.
