I've only been wearing it for two days, so I can't speak much to the weight loss effects yet, but wanted to add a couple of helpful points - it does fit VERY snugly, but that is the point - buy whatever size you wear normally, or whatever size corresponds to the circumference of your rib cage, not your belly. If normally, you're on the cusp, then go up a size, but otherwise, the point of this thing is to cinch you in. I wear a medium normally, so that's what I bought. When I first put it on, I thought, "No way, there's no way this will close." But then I tried hooking it in (on the loosest setting of course), and yes, one by one the hooks closed, and even if I had to suck it in and struggle to get it closed all the way and zipped up the first time, it did indeed close. Again, was VERY snug on the first day. Felt like I was walking funny just to breathe. I actually slept in it, and when I woke up, my upper back hurt. But not in a bad way. It hurt because however this thing is making me sit/stand, I'm using muscles in my upper back to stand straight that I never use. So, day 1, I know my posture is improving. My legs are the tiniest bit sore in certain places running down the back, again, because my posture is better so I'm recruiting muscles in my posterior chain that I never use (but should be using). On day 2, the whole thing closed more easily, so I'm sure the fabric stretches a bit with use, since I know I haven't lost that much in one day. I do feel like it's squeezing my organs a little bit, because I did have a tiny bit of heartburn this morning, but I also had terrible munchies and ate wayyyyyyyy more than I should have last night, even on a regular basis.I am sweating a little bit underneath it, but not in a way that is noticeably uncomfortable, which was one of my real concerns at the beginning - I hate feeling sweaty.So, we'll see over the course of this week how things shake out, but so far, I'm on board with this for posture purposes at the very least.

Of the 4 waist trainer/ abdominal support items I have purchased over the last year, this one is by far the most comfortable. I can wear it allll day and not feel like I need to crawl out of my skin. I can exercise in it, get in and out of the car comfortably, wear it over or under clothes (although I don't like it right next to my skin) and even sleep in it.You will sweat, but the quality of the material does not hold odor.It's stretchable, and easy to put on but holds you in snuggly giving amazing support while recovering from abdominal surgery. It works better than the other 4 options I've tried since leaving the hospital.

I ordered a size large. I normally wear a M top but fit into some smalls and some larges...that's how women's clothes work unfortunately. I'm 5'2" (short torso) and 165-170lbs. The large fits, but there was a lot of tugging and stretching to get the clasps together on the 1st set of hooks. It's rather long for my torso so it goes into my hips a little, but not terrible. It has soft edges and bones so it doesn't rub the skin.. I can still sit, but because it's longer then my torso it bunches up some. I love how supportive it is and very smoothing on my back. A lot of corsets/waist trainers give me back fat but because this one has the straps it does not! Once I got it on it looks great and fits rather snug. If I was to order again I think I would order an XL, but it may have been even longer. I was really surprised by all the clasps it has and the added hook and eye at the top of the zipper ensures the zipper won't slip!! Overall great quality and well made (sturdy) 👌

I have chronic back pain and have used quite a few different waist trainers over the years for added support when my back is out. I usually don't go for the ones with shoulder straps but wanted to try something new when my old one wore out.My biggest complaint is it does run kind of small. I really had to squeeze myself into it which usually some squeezing is good with these, but this one was uncomfortable for long term wear. The shoulder straps had the waist trainer riding up so it was not laying on my hips but more around my belly button. I use these for back pain and to help cover up my mom pouch (from a c-section) so when it pulled up, it pulled on my c-section scar and my mom pouch would fall out, so I spent a lot of the time wearing it pulling it down to lay where I needed it too.I do have a longer torso though so these aren't ideal for me since it's a one size fits all for torsos. If you have a shorter torso, it would probably fit better and you wouldn't have to worry about it pulling up through out the day. All in all, it does work for a waist trainer and does give back support. It just wasn't ideal for my body type.

Ansich ist das Produkt sehr gut, dennoch musste ich feststellen das es zu weich ist um wirklich etwas zu formen. Als „schwitzgürtel“ taugt es mehr und macht eine schöne straffe Haut bei regelmäßiger Anwendung. Sollte das Ziel sein deine Taille zu formen, dann würde ich eher ein härteres nehmen. Ansonsten ist das Produkt von sich aus okay.

Ich habe mir dieses „Korsett“ als Trainingshilfe gekauft.Es sitzt echt angenehm, würde es allerdings nicht für freizeit empfehlen da man ordentlich schwitzt (neoprenstoffart) und es ordentlich shaped.Ich trage normalerweise eine L bis XL als Oberteil und habe hier eine 3XL genommen, passt super.Bin echt zufrieden damit.

Der Artikel kam in einem katastrophalen Zustand bei mir an.Zum einen sind überall Gebrauchsspuren wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sind (Risse,Schweißflecken, abgerissene Träger und Haare) abgesehen davon riecht es extrem nach Schweiß und Rauch !Dieser Artikel ist absolut nicht neuwertig und getragen..

Corset agréable à mettre , bonne taille, sudation importante, ne gêne pas durant le sport.Apres pas vu de différence.......
