i love this
i liked this so much i bought another box to stock up. i can’t really drink coffee anymore because it makes my tummy hurt and it makes me too jittery, so i’ve been looking for an alternative for a while now to help with my mornings and i think this is it. the flavor isn’t too strong and doesn’t have that artificial fruitiness i hate in most energy drinks, and i have sustained energy that doesn’t make me crash or get the jitters. you don’t even need hot water to drink this so it’s perfect for summer too. i’ve tried so many different types of caffeine pills as well and they’ve always made my tummy hurt or get the jitters, so this beats regular coffee, fruity energy drinks/powders, and caffeine pills by a lot if you need something more gentle and gradual. if you’re super sensitive to caffeine this may be too caffeinated for you but ymmv. i personally love this product and i’ll be keeping this in stock in my pantry and at work. hope it stays in stock! recommend trying if you’ve been having trouble with finding a good caffeinated beverage that doesn’t mess up your digestive system or make you feel like your heart’s gonna pop out your chest. the pu-er flavor isn’t strong but i have a regular tea already for when i want proper tea so that isn’t that important for me with this product as much as the sustained energy is. recommend if you’re too sensitive to typical caffeinated beverages.

Flat flavor, expensive, questionable nutritional claims.
An iced tea product that's packaged for a multi-lingual audience. The majority of the text is in a language (apparently Korean) I do not comprehend, but the nutrition information is partially in English. We were underwhelmed by the entire experience: it's not clear what is in the box; it's not clear how to prepare it; and it's not clear where to go for more information or questions. No website or phone number or QR code is on the packaging. There are claims on the product page such as: "Contains dietary fiber: PUER TEA WATER MIX is full of dietary fiber," yet the nutrition facts printed on the package indicate that there is 0 percent of the daily value for fiber. The flavor of the rehydrated tea product was bland. It was not fresh and refreshing, but it was very dark.Priced at about $14 at the time of our review, we do not see the value in this product and do not recommend it.

Hmmmm
My friend sent the original ones she bought from Korea & I really loved it. I actually wanted more and decided to buy from Amazon. I’m not sure why but this dissolves a little weird (comes out kinda chunky instead of just powdery?) so I ended up not finishing the product..

mixes well tho dark, good price comparably, light smooth non-earthy flavor, has maltodextrin
I had high hopes for this powdered/instant pu erh. I drink pu erh regularly, I have settled into a few I like and have tried some I don't like, but i am far from an expert on pu erh. I like having tea on the go, we don't drink pop, and some restaurants do not offer unsweetened iced tea. I drink pu er for the health benefits, it aids in weight management and it is amazing for cholesterol, I can attest to that with lipid labs. I have looking at Pique pu erh but I just can't spend that much money, so I thought I'd try this Teazen.First off, have no fear, this is not made in China, it is a product of Korea. The whole box as you can see in the product photos is in Korean but when the box arrived it had an English label added, see my second photo. It says it contains pu erh tea and maltodextrin, I would have liked to have known that before hand, I try to avoid that as it is usually GMO corn derived. But, to have a portable pu erh I would look past that. It also doesn't say (in English anyway) if this is spray dried or what. Most powdered teas I have tried are just tried powdered tea leaves as opposed to brewed tea that has been concentrated and dried into a powder. Powdered teas that are just dried powdered tea leaves do NOT mix well at all. This Teazen mixed very well, I was surprised, so I know it is not just dried powdered leaves but is powdered brewed tea.Next, if you are one of those who thinks pu erh tastes like dirt or too 'earthy', this one does not. This Teazen pu erh is smooth, mellow, and not at all earthy, in fact it doesn't really taste like pu erh to me, it tastes like a plain black tea. It also doesn't have the color or clarity I would expect from a brewed pu erh either, many of the ones I have tried have a nice reddish hue, but this one mixes nearly black and is very difficult to see light through. Despite the intense color and opacity one stick truly only flavors one 8 ounce glass of water, and it would not hold up to adding milk either, just so you know. The flavor is not very strong for how strong it looks. The first photo I posted shows 8 ounces of water in clear glass and one packet mixed in. I can't imagine trying one packet in 16 ounces and will never try it, this was lightly flavored enough as is.You also won't spend $2 per stick like you would with Pique, but I cannot attest to Pique's flavor or quality in comparison to this one since I haven't tried it yet.So, this ends up being a "like" for me and not a "love" because of the weaker flavor and odd color and added maltodextrin with no idea of where that is from. Assuming I am still getting all the benefits of pu erh by drinking this as I would with the varieties I brew at home and give the much more affordable price of Teazen compared to Pique I would buy this again.

Smooth and has a lot of benefits
This is a fermented tea that has a bitter aftertaste. That's how you know a good pu-erh tea. It is not merely dried or brewed tea. Fermentation lends it the many health benefits it provides. It's very smooth and dissolves easily in any temperature of water. It's a good tea to add to a healthy regimen of good diet and exercise for the best benefits. It's good for the heart, to prevent cancer causing inflammation and aid in digestion. I wish they had added something in English and also provided instructions on the ideal amount of water. However, it's easy to figure out. The first time I emptied the whole satchet into a 16oz mug and added 8 oz of water to try it. Then added 8 oz more to not have it so strong. Since then, I just add half a sachet into a 9 oz mug with 8 oz of water in the mornings. And use the rest later in the day. It's a good pick-me-up but has more caffeine than regular tea. It's a dark color, almost like a chicory beverage. But tastes more like a tea where chicory tastes more like coffee. There is definitely a mild and smooth tea flavor and an aroma of tea as well. If you're bothered by the bitterness, you could add some monk fruit extract, lemon or even milk. I like it as is or with the monk fruit extract on occasion.
