Really impressed with this RDX weight lifting belt. The build quality is excellent—sturdy, durable and feels premium. It provides solid lower back support during heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts and the fit is comfortable without digging in. The fastening system is secure and I feel much more confident pushing myself at the gym with this on. 💪🏻 Pretty decent price too.

Really well made bit of kit from good ole RDX. Best belt I've owned and super comfortable for all kinds of training - not just deadlifting.

Good quality fits well for the money it's perfect, velcro is good, stiff and effective, good colour, stander design.

I always used the belt that I was finding in my gym, however I decided to buy my personal.Totally meet the expectations and the description of the seller.I really enjoyed my gym session, can adjust the tension as needed is a pro.I choose to buy discounted price and take one of the only color available and I’m really happy with it.Sturdy and well done, 4 inches for me works fine and I’m not a PRO just an amateur.Easy to use and, fit properly while to will adjust on your waste with the straps.Thick enough allow do the job.Good weightlifting belt recommend! After getting into powerlifting in the last couple of years I realised I needed to invest in a weight lifting belt as I approached the heavier weights.I've used other RDX items and always liked how high quality there were.I ordered this and was quite happy with it. My only negative is the velcro design tends to lose effectiveness overtime. This seems to be why the more expensive brands use a heavy duty strap but those cost a fair bit more than this. Mine is still holding strong but I'll likely upgrade to a more heavy duty one down the line

This must be the worst belt I ever bought, absolutely don't go by the nice pictures, made for barbies, if you a some what serious/ decent lifter, look for somethings esle...
