I have had these mats for one month, so I won't comment on their durability. These were expensive, but the fit and finish of the product is excellent. I have a 2015 VW Passat TDI with a manual transmission The mats fit perfectly in both the back and front. In the front they snap over the buttons provided by VW that hold them stable. In the back, they stay positioned because the fit perfectly in a depression. One feature I like is that the front driver side mat covers the area where my left foot lies when not working the clutch. Other mats I have owned did not cover this and the underlying carpet of the car became worn. I'm not sure how the company is sizing these mats so well, but the fit is remarkable. I live in a wet place and these do not seem to leak any moisture into the underlying auto carpet.
