Jiva Organic Coconut Whipping Cream 14 Ounce (Pack of 12) - BPA Free, Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO

I froth coconut cream every morning for my coffee. I decided to try this brand for the first time - huge mistake. Nearly all of the cans were dented upon arrival - whatever, I can put that aside. I opened the first one and nearly a quarter of the can was rock solid and stuck to the bottom. Not a good sign. I am use to chunks in coconut cream, but these were more like calcifications. I opened another can and it was a little better - maybe 1/8 solid. I heated them up to get rid of the chunks to make it easier to froth. The cream has a gross gray color and a disgustingly oily consistency. It was completely unable to froth because of how oily it is. I have never had this problem before. Also, did not realize I could not return or request a refund. Save yourself the issues and choose another brand.

So not buy. All the cans came dented and when I opened they the cream was separated and chunky. I tried to whip it a little even refrigerated it to whip it. Nothing worked. I opened each can with no success. Looks disgusting too. I couldn’t use it.

I have a favorite brand of coconut whipping cream, but it's become ridiculously expensive as of late, and I cannot justify paying what they are asking for it.So I went on a hunt for a new brand and found this one. It's very good. I think perhaps just a bit too much guar gum in the product based on the consistency, but it works very well in our coffee so we're happy with it.It's consistently smooth and creamy.

I had to update my rating. I don't know what's going on lately buty just about every can in my most recent order is either completely or almost solid. When when incorporating it into a recipe I thought it warm it up a little to melt the solid and it worked but then it recrystallized inside my recipe and left an oily film over the top.

Not good, did not whip up , smelled spoiled and expires in 3 days.. upset that I am unable to return these ... waste of money!!

I made the mistake of ordering a case of this product, followed the instructions to the letter - it does not make whipped ‘cream’ as other brands do. This item is not eligible for returns so now I have 11 cans of this useless garbage.

Doesn’t really whip up into a whip cream.
