As a celiac I eat a LOT of corn based foods. typically corn pasta and tortillas and masa flour I only but all natural pure no filler products I came across these online and ordered They came in a very cold delivery box perfectly frozen and intact, I then received a phone call from the FL company a few days later to check in! It was wonderful, spoke with the owner of this local company.The product: picture nice bright yello corn pancake, hybrid of a corn tortilla and polentaThese are amazing!! and such a nice change for me !Ive been brushing them with olive oil and lighlty broiling them making them like a pizze crust then top with toppings bake a bit and its an amazing corn pizzaAnother delicious use is pan heating, spreading with black bean puree, guac and topping with more veggiesIve also used them as pancakes with butter and syrup and as sandwich bread yielding a definite corn taste I really enjoytotally worth the order you will not regret it I eat probably 5 a week !

Delicious! Fresh! Arepas or corn tortillas, a South American common food staple. They were shipped on time and wonderfully packed. You have to either freeze them when they arrive and/or put some of them in the refrigerator. Can be eaten with butter on top and/or cheese.Very nice product. Fun to eat and fun to serve when you have visitors.

This was amazing the Arepas showed up in a cooler was kept cold the whole time. We immediately began eating them we couldn't wait hardly we were so excited to have them in our home. I am now a customer for a every other week order and my wife is from Colombia. She loves and gives her blessing amazing good stuff. Tonight I will place another order as I have to anticipate shipping and time for them to get here.
