Portwest Mens Classic Rain Jacket (S440)

This jacket definitely keeps rain out, I like that aspect of it. However, it gets so hot and sweaty inside that you end up a little wet anyways. Much better for short trips than for wearing long periods of time.

This jacket is roomy in all the right places and almost identical to the one I've been looking for many years. last week on a windy evening the jacket really proved to be a great windbreaker ! Thanks

Can you believe my college student never needed a raincoat? It never rained when he had to walk into the school the 12 years he was in school. But it certainly rained the first week of college! Lol. I bought this before the rain and it arrived quickly and before the storms. My son thanked me for getting this for him because walking to class in the rain is not fun. I ordered it a size up knowing he may have a jacket or hoodie underneath. He said the fit was great. Long enough and flexible for him. Good quality and neutral color option!

I ordered the 2x. I'm female and generally wear a size 20 and have a pretty large chest. The 2x fits very well, it's not tight at all. I live in FL and wear it on rainy mornings to go out and feed the chickens. I really like this jacket and would order it again and would recommend to others.The only nit pick I have about it is that I wish the pockets were angled. They sit straight up and down so they can hold things but are not comfortable if you want to put your hands in the the pockets as you walk around. Not that big of a deal, just thought I'd mention it.
