Both trying to protect the other I love that Roth has finally found a woman who wants nothing from him, who tries to leave to protect him, who sees him not his money and who brings him to his knees...repeatedly!A fantastic new series, it was great to have the crossover with the gorgeous Vander Norcross, but I really enjoyed the friendship and camaraderie between Roth, Liam and Mav, next book out on 22nd June - I can't wait!I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

Monroe is woman with a sad unhappy past. As the daughter of a thief she has tried to redeem herself and her dad, by helping other people.When she is contacted by the mafia who want her to break in Zane Roth’s safe to steal an antique necklace, to save her brothers life. She is horrified, as she has tried so hard to be a good person, after helping her thief dad when she was little.Zane is a billionaire, who is sick and tired of women wanting him for his money only. So when he meets Monroe and she challenges him, and won’t take orders from him, he’s smitten. Until he realises that she wants something from him. When he finds out that she was going to steal from him, his first instinct is to feel very betrayed, and ring the police. He doesn’t, obviously as he’s falling for her.I loved this book. There are some scenes that are incredibly funny, some that are sad, brilliant sex scenes. Monroes despair and loneliness, is really well written.The only tiny negative that I have about this book is the spelling and the missing words and missing punctuation. It is only a minor niggle though. I’ve taken one star off as it’s not perfect. Wanted to give it five stars, but that’s not fair to the books that are well written. Loved his character as a bored billionaire.

Can't wait for Liam' s story.

First book in a new series but kind of follows on from the Norcross series but only vander Norcross is in this one from that series and Zane was in the Norcross series a few times two plus his friends had a little camo in that series.you can read this series without but if you want to know more about vander or see a little more of Zane when he was single then read Norcross series.still wanting on vander finding love but you can read about his brothers and rome who he says about in this book.I liked the storyline and the friendships building.

Zane is a bored billionaire who meets his match when Monroe is forced to steal from him to save her brother. It wasn't my favourite book ( I don't usually want to read about billionaires) but I read as I enjoy Anna Hackett books. It was worth a read if only to see a my favourite Norcross brother in action. Three and a half stars.

Best meet cute I've read in long time, haha. Really enjoyed this book, both characters were great. Loved Vanders appearance too, and Monroe meeting Roth mother. I cannot wait for Liam and Mav's book.

Absolutely loved the first in the trilogy of Billionaire Batchelors. Zane and Monroe's story is full of steamy romance, a bit of action with a side order of Norcross ;)

It’s a good story, well written and thoroughly thought through. Good afternoon reading on a gloomy day. Loads of laughter, couple of years and all is well in the end.
