January 2018 I purchased the base station and three desktop units. Extremely easy set up. The owner should read the manual. The voicemail extensions are easy to set up. All features work extremely well. For the price, quite an impressive system. There is support, you need to call and wait and follow for the prompts however, you will, ultimately, reach a live person to assist. My only call was to determine how to delay the answering system from picking up. The answer was in the manual - I missed it.Product recommended.

I have a small law practice that is less than one year old. My two suites are across the hall from each other. The phone lines come into my assistant’s office across the hall, but the main phone transmits calls wirelessly across the hall to me without the need to run cables that would look very tacky.Also, the intercom system, ability, to transfer calls, custom hold music, and other features gives us the convenience of a larger more expensive phone system. Great product!
