We have been ordering these sweet potato treats for our dogs for awhile now. My dogs love them!We love that they are healthy with only one ingredient - sweet potatoes!

Ruby loves these treats. She actually chose the sweet potato treat over a bully stick. They are just chewy enough to satisfy her need to chew. She's young yet and all that extra energy can be spent on chew treats. The treats are a good size for her. I'm sure they would keep a small dog busy for quite a while.Overall, we like the treats for Ruby.

This review is for the customer service. My dogs did not like the treats (I guess they’re picky) but the customer service I received was excellent. The treats were hard, but the QR code I scanned sent me a text with helpful information (I tried soaking a wet paper towel in there to soften them and it worked but my dogs still did not eat). A rep reached out to me after a few days to ask if I would leave a review (I’m sure a standard text message) but I let them know my dogs wouldn’t eat them and if I could return them. I tried returning through Amazon and was told it was a non-returnable product. The company refunded me instead! I really wanted my dogs to like them because it’s one ingredient and I love that, but they did not. Customer service though is 10/10

MUST READ THIS!I gave this company every chance to make this right. Crickets.Davie's Naturals is really bad for several reasons, caused hair loos and rash.No customer support and will not send information about a WARNING NOTICE before using the product that was found in the second bag I got from Amazon! .. all in an effort to just get my contact information to market products to me directly cutting out Amazon!READ BELOW! I thought this Davie’s Sweet Potato treat was the very best healthy treat, my dog loves them! ... Then I purchased 2 other bags from Amazon and gave one to a friend. Both of our dogs broke out in a rash with their hair falling out about. I first noticed this on my dog the prior month with my first bag, I thought it had to do with some allergy.. Its gotten worse. Then, when I gave a bag of Davie’s Sweet Potato to my friend, a few days later they had the same issues.. Their dog has a rash with hair falling out on their dog’s stomach. My dog’s hair loss and rash is on the rear leg area. Our dogs have not been together for many months. We feed different food. So the only thing in common is Davies Naturals / Sweet Potato treats. I've taken my dog to the vet 3 times for this as its gotten really bad!What I want to know is why the heck does Davie’s put this notice in their bag and not on the outside of their bag!??? i figure that out.I tried call them. NO PHONE NUMBER! … Amazon does not even have a phone # for them!??? or even an email address! What?!!No address for the company, NO email address for the company.Why?Because Davie’s wants your personal information so they can market directly to you!I did try and sign into their website but that was impossible.Davie’s only sent me back one message - - they did not provide the warning information; they wanted my email address.I am not giving them any of my personal information, they need to go thru Amazon!.They will find out my information another way. Eventually.Amazon being the great company they are, they fully refunded me my money. I did not even ask for that. They just did that. That’s Amazon. Great company..!!I have spent over $300.000 at my vets about this rash. Amazon even offered to pay that! This is NOT their fault. I am taking care of this another way.Amazon rocks.! I do hope Amazon will look into this and ban Davie’s Naturals from selling on Amazon.No phone number no email address? That alone is a big RED Flag.They have still not sent me the "IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS" i need to see before using their product!

I like the fact that they are a good chew for my large pup and they are good for him

Dog loves them my main complaint is that over the past few bags the sweet potatoes slices have been noticeably smaller. Seems like they might have a supply issue

I got these treats for my dogs because I don't like giving them treats with a lot of chemicals. I also was looking for a non-rawhide chewy treat. Davie's Sweet Potato treats are perfect! I have a tough chewer pup and a medium chewer pup and they both love these. The tough chewer will eat anything but the medium chewer is very particular about what he will and won't eat. Thanks for a treat that satisfies both pups!
