Les cartes font le double de la taille des cartes de jeu normales.A l'intérieur, vous avez :- 1 ou 2 cartes d'introduction (méthode, calendrier à remplir, objectif à se fixer, etc.)- 3 cartes de template vide pour programmer une session- 1 carte d'étirement- 50 cartes d'exercices, numérotées et classées par thème : cardio, core, bas du corps, haut du corps, dos, jambes et fessiers, etc.Les cartes sont dans un plastiques assez dur, très solide.
