Love the colors! The RGB lights are all in one spot, so they're not spaced out over several inches. I've had no problems so far with the battery adapter or the white box overheating. I'll admit the tape strip that is covering the sticky backside has come off easily, but I won't be needing it anyways. I recommend for those who plan to stick it to a wall, to be prepared to use an alternative to hold it up. The 3M strip is sticky, but the cover tape strip keeps falling off, so even when unrolling the lights, the tape came off and the 3M strip stuck to everything.DIY button PRO TIP: To use the DIY buttons, they start off as white, and you have to continuously hold down the arrows to change the color. For example, if I wanted DIY#1 to be purple, I'd hit the DIY#1 button, hold down the green down-arrow until it is faded enough to my desired result.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The junction box was flimsy and had to be angled in the perfect spot in order for the light strip to illuminate. I was placing behind the tv and had to splice sections where it would curve. I spent nearly 3 hours with connecting the corners because the light wouldn't be uniform or power would flicker. I'll be requesting a refund.

Really neat product but the remote didn't last 2 weeks so cannot even use product anymore.we trashed the whole thing since it no longer worked but since I wrote this original review the seller did offer a replacement remote. Do not advise buying until they manage to fix the remote issue. It is too flimsy and too complicated. It does way more than most people need so it was difficult to use. Could be a great product with just some small adjustments. They also need to work on the plug I almost broke it trying to plug it in.Like I say this could be a very neat and useful product if they would just make a few simple changes but until then plan on this being a cheap temporary product rather than something that lasts.

The lights are nice, remote isn't fully functional meaning some buttons didn't work. Would rate better but lights change colors for be reason. Decent priceProduct is just meh.

Not waterproof ! What a waste of money 😠

This product seemed cheaply made. Upon installing, the red led lost connection so I had to toss 2 feet worth of the strand. The connector to the control box is simply a few pin with a cover. I had to tape it up to keep from unhooking. Otherwise it worked as expected.
