Like the title said, since you should be dumping the sand from your backyard sandbox at the end of every year, most people might use it with rock salt when it snows, or as a layer under mulch/gravel. I decided to just pour it equally between the two bags included in this workout bag. The sandbags seal tight, and so do the outer zippers.There are a lot of handles on this bag, and serve different exercises. I've used it for deadlifts and forward leaning lifts, and it challenges me.Though it is a tough thick material, I would not get used to slamming it down on the ground, give it TLC and it'll last you a while.Look at the options and think what weight range is best for you. Very sturdy and well constructed. Comes with 3 filler bags that run the entire length of the sandbag. I have had sandbags in the past and the filler bags were short. They have double velcro to seal the bags and no sand has leaked from them so far. It's great value for the price.

La bolsa se ve bien hecha, resistente tanto en materiales como en costuras. Pero los costales para la arena no sellan al 100% y tienen una muy ligera fuga, de forma que con la manipulación de la rutina de ejercicio y al sacarlos y meterlos de la bolsa, dejan un poco de arena regada. Es apenas una pizca, pero suficiente para hacer un poco incómoda la sesión si, como yo, te ejercitas descalzo. Pero si no tienes que sacar y meter costales para variar el peso de la bolsa, realmente no hay ningún problema. Muy buen producto.

Esperaba más. El saco es bonito, se ve resistente, las bolsas ineriores se quedan estancas y parece comodo. En el saco pone 54 kg pero llenados los dos sacos a su máxima capacidad pesa sobre 19 kg, como me quedaba algo de hueco he puesto un par de pesas de 1kg para completar el peso que buscaba.Además me ha costado las misma vida meter los sacos dentro de la bolsa.Aunque me sirve y todavía puede ampliar el peso con discos estoy un poco decepcionado.Después de probar estoy más satisfecho. Es muy cómodo, y aunque no llega al peso especificado puedo suplirlo con diferentes pesos (discos). Me sirve.
