This item arrived safe and well packaged.I have many fans! As a larger chap, I don't cope well with those ridiculous hot days that appear from time to time. So I have fans in every room of the house. Every shape and every size!I have huge floor fans that sound like jet engines, and little portable fans that just can't cope with the heat. But this fan... this is just right!! Its big enough to cope with the hottest days, but small and quiet enough to be used anywhere.This is the perfect fan for me to take along to conventions. It sits around the neck very comfortably, giving me both hands free to continue working. It doesn't distract from my work either as it really is whisper quiet!Having an onboard rechargeable battery makes this suitable for moving around anywhere. It really can be used wherever a fan might be required with the little rotatable fans! Each battery charge gives a good few hours of blasting cool air. The silicone section at the back is very comfortable and is great for twisting into shape.I am incredibly impressed with this fan!I highly recommend this product.

have been going on daily walks since restrictions eased up, and this device has been brilliant in the warm weather. 3 settings for the level of cooling you want. In essence its like aircon for your neck/face, love it. my friends on walks are all looking to get it too, very happy.

This fan keeps you cool and your hands free. Love how the fan blows all away around the band so it even cools the back of head. My wife laughed at the look of it at first but now she is jealous and wants one herself!

This neck fan would have been perfect as it won't tangle hair in any parts,it would of been nice if it actually blew cold air on your face, but unfortunately for me I only got a nicely cooled chin and ears.Hence i only gave 2 star rating.

Too noisey if u hav it round yr neck. I put it by my waist, seems the cheaper fan type works better fr me.

Really helps to cool down in hot weather. However, it was a very noisy a high pitched buzzing from air outlet makes it very uncomfortable & you could not wear for more than a minute at a time

Worked perfectly for a day then for no apparent reason only one side works.

The neck fan is really well designed, I have long hair which usually gets sucked into neck fans and tangled up, but this design is sleek and blade free so my hair doesn't get caught in it.
