Good quality, snug fit, good for jogging/walking
I really like this item. I bought the 16 lb version (I weight about 170) it seems perfect weight to me. I bought it for walking, at first it felt fairly heavy, but now after a few weeks I'm actually able to jog with it for several miles and it is pretty decent for jogging, it fits snug and feels pretty nice. I recommend this item, I do wish it had a water bottle holder and ability to add additional weight but it's a good and well made product. I do not know if it has made me a better runner, but I do think it provides additional challenge and increases your strength.

GREAT FIT!
Great fit! I am 5'7" and the buckles land above my breasts. Very comfortable for adding weight when walking. Don't think a single buckle would have held as comfortable.

Kinda sloppy for a small guy
I love the design of this product with the weight distribution being even but I'm a small (5'3") fit dude and this vest fits too sloppy/loose for me.

Vest worked great, just too heavy for me.

It could be a bit better
So the vest is good but the only thing is it jumps up and down while I’m jogging and I have to hold it still with one hand mid run. I’ve adjusted the straps to the tightest possible adjustment and it still moves. Other than that though I don’t have any other issues with it.

Transformative.
So my running coach brought one to practice. I was immediately hooked.Using this has transformed my running experience. My legs don't ache while running. I have greater leg strength. It provides a built in plyometric exercise. My stride is longer, stronger. I should be selling this and getting commissions for the number of runners and other athletes I've introduced this to.
