Chocolates
I really did like the plain chocolate, a whole lot not the white chocolate so much. Melted these down to make my own edibles. The consistency was great and it was great tasting. Definitely can’t beat the quality for the money.

Bought to make cake pops
So although my cake pops weren't a success, these chocolates were good quality and worked well. Ease to melt and use for what I needed them.

very poor quality
Hey everyone, I greatly dislike giving bad reviews, but this candy was very disappointing. The quality when melted is extremely lumpy and dense, even after adding shortening. I made it work, but I would not recommend this brand especially to a novice. I am familiar with candy melts and working with chocolates. Now, in their defense my candy did arrive soft and somewhat "melted", so maybe something happened with the temper of the candy and it ability to melt properly. However, I still do not recommend this product especially the white chocolate. They dark chocolate did thin out with shortening. In attached pic you will notice the white pretzels on the left are the Wilton's brand and the one in the middle is another melt brand. The long chocolate pretzel is Wilton's and the small one is another melt brand.Sorry for the review, hope this helps someone. Just glad I was able to find my other melts in time.

Just okay.
The melts are thick and hard to work with. I had to add quite a bit of crisco to get the mixture thin enough, and I had to microwave it pretty often while working to keep it melted enough to work with. It gets thick and heavy rapidly. I used it for cake pops and cocoa bombs. The cocoa bombs I had to do about 3 layers of brown candy melt in the mold, and I drizzled white candy melt on top but it was very gloppy and clung to my fork, so it didn't turn out very pretty. I might try to use a piping bag for the drizzle next time but I don't expect it to go well, because by the time I put it in the bag it will be hard and thick again and I can't microwave the bag. But I will say for the cocoa bombs I didn't use crisco...for the cake pops I used a lot of crisco. For the price this is ok, but if you can afford good melting chocolate in a double boiler, definitely use that.
