I wanted red cables since my three "Official" bikes are black with red and white accents. Gyro cables are something I can't build myself so I had to order the only red ones I could find on amazon without breaking the bank.The lower cable was good and long enough to fit every possible app. The upper one wasn't. Short travel and hard pressed ferrule which couldn't be cut nor refitted without losing the entire purpose of the cable particular setup.The travel was literally about 5mm.The gyro part included is basic and heavy. I just needed the cables, so they live now in the "Just in case" box.In sum, I ended up ditching the gyro altogether and installing regular cables and sleeves. Red, of Course.

These really dressed up the used bike I bought my son. New red tires, some red brake cables, and some new red and black skull grips and he's got a sweet custom new ride. He's very happy.I don't know what people were talking about with these not being long enough. I found they were plenty long, I actually had to trim the red sheeth to the back because it was too long. And you can see in my photo there's plenty of slack on the front.

Bought this to be on the cheap and because of color, had to notch the barrel adjuster to fit the upper cable to the lever, extended the rear cable about 6" to reach the caliper and still the upper length is too short to reach between bracket and lever. It's already been replaced with a genuine Odyssey G3.
