General review:My problems are gone after taking this. I can't speak on the flavour as its a capsule, and I can't speak on its value as I'm not sure if this really helped or other actions did. Only con is that it makes me feel a little nauseous for about 2 mins after about 5 mins of taking it.Personal review:So before I bought this I had severely swollen gums, I couldn't chew on one side of my mouth. I have cut out gluten for years but the gums were still swollen on one side and my teeth hurt. My dentist would recommend nonsense toothpastes and oral hygiene methods that I'm already aware of. After getting this and using it for a few weeks my gums improved, I can now say that a pain I have had for years is now gone! Note: I only take one tablet a day as I take this with other supplements, details below:- I cut down on sugar. Note that some savoury foods contain a lot of sugar too, so I became a label reader, controlling all sugar intake.- I switched to using date syrup as a sweetener, nothing else.- I started brushing my teeth after every meal with a soft head brush, and bought a tooth kit to really get into the crevasses the brush might not touch. When I can't brush I thoroughly rinse my mouth with water.- I started only using tooth paste that is fluoride and SLES free. As natural/vegan as possible.- I started taking vitamin B complex tablets as I read these assist orally.- I stopped buying drinks/coffees from shops and started making my own. I drink turmeric and matcha lattes using hemp milk. Turmeric helps with inflammation and matcha fights tooth decay, hemp provides calcium.As you can see I did a lot to help fight this gum problem I have had for years, and I am the happiest I have ever been! I will continue to use this product and continue to evaluate whats really helping.No dentist or doctor gave me helpful advice, I had to do my own research. And with that said, I am not a doctor and you should do your own research or consult your doc or dentist.

This is a combination of Co-Enzyme Q10, green tea extract and some additional vitamins.The amount of Calcium in this product is negligible to have any beneficial effect.The pack came sealed and with a good expiry of 2024.There is enough supply for 30days.This does contain Vitamin K2 which other multivitamins don’t always have however you should be able to get all the Vitamin K you need from a balanced diet.

Easy to swallow tablets, I can't say I've noticed any difference but I'm sure with the ingredients that there are difference just not that I can visibly see.

So far haven't noticed a huge improvement in the health of my teeth, but vitamins take time to notice any great change. However I have some work to be done on my teeth, so anything that will help.Easy to swallow, nice packaging.The ingredients etc are comprehensive, and Synbio is a respected brand.

I can honestly say I’m not seeing any difference since taking these at all, I will stick it out but I’m starting to think that one month isn’t going to be enough in the long run as happens with so many other products like this, reasonably priced for 1 month supply but as of yet no evidence it’s even doing anything

After not really having anyone help my partner with dental hygiene as a child he is now suffering in later life so i got these after he had a few teeth taken out to help him look after the ones he has left and it seems to be the help he needed.I am a stickler for looking after teeth so anything that can help with that is something i would promote.
