A daily regular now so definately meets my requirements

Wasn't sure these were helping with my achy joints at first but the more I've taken them the better I've felt. I'm sticking with them and so far am satisfied that they're actually doing something positive for me.

I read that turmeric aids Crohn's so decided to give these a go and take one daily. I take these alongside omega 3 and kefir and my symptoms are currently very mild, without out medication. This turmeric appeared good value for its strength. You can, however, taste the turmeric if you don't swallow them quickly.

Having read a lot about the health benefits of Turmeric, I felt it was worth trying this supplement at the great price. I’ve been taking two of the substantial capsules every day with food now for almost a month. They are easy to swallow with liquid, similar to large fish oil capsules and have a slight sweet peppery warm spicy taste. Certainly pleasant enough and the capsules appear to be packed full of turmeric, black pepper and ginger. I think it’s fair to say during these tough times, we are probably all feeling somewhat flat, a bit achy, lacking sparkle and fizz. I also suffer from sciatic pain and numbness in my shin due to this. After 3 weeks though, I am definitely on reflection feeling a benefit. My overall energy, enthusiasm and mood has been lifted noticeably, despite now moving into the dark, winter months. Whilst it’s not night and day, I’m feeling that I have more bounce, both physically and mentally. I realise everyone will feel any benefits of turmeric differently, but I can definitely say that for me it has made a difference… a positive difference. Looking forward to continuing with this supplement and feeling the longer term benefits in the new year. There are some very expensive brands of turmeric supplements on the market, and I’ve always wondered if paying more means better quality and better benefit. All I can say is that this product is good value, sensibly priced and works for me! Definitely aw§rded a five star review.

I took them on advice but didn’t really know why! They tasted awful, and I was wondering why I smelt to curry the whole time. Then I realised it was these. I didn’t feel much, but then didn’t really need them, I think. They do make you whiff though! I’ve heard great things about the benefit of these though

Turmeric can be used instead of prescription painkillers , for conditions such as arthritis, with none of the side effects. It is an anti inflammatory; inflammation is the underlying cause of many diseases. Turmeric doesn’t work for everyone, but it’s worth giving it a try. Always consult your doctor before stopping taking prescribed drugs.

I can not believe how good this item is. The best turmeric I have had and the cheapest cost. I will be buying my supplements from this company going forward xx
