ZUTY 5" Athletic Running Shorts for Women with Zipper Pocket High Waisted Quick Dry Workout Gym Shorts with Liner

This is a good quality short but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. To start, I am 5' 7", 135 lbs, 54 years-old and very athletic. I tried the medium and they were too big. Small fit great. I don't want a really tight short that would be uncomfortable and small was perfect.First the pros:1) Material is soft and comfortable. This is big for me. This is true for both the outer short and the liner.2) Really quality made. You can see it.3) I wanted pockets. Check.4) Good during a workout. I run and lift weights. Remained comfortable and wasn't restricting.5) I was looking for a longer short. Check.6) They wash well. All good there.Cons:1) The material is a little heavy. To be fair, my first test was running in 80 degree, humid weather. Once I was running it was not horrible, it just crossed my mind a couple times.2) The length was longer than I wanted for a workout. I normally wear shorter workout shorts so this was new to me (and because of what I stated in the previous point). It never chafed or anything drastic, I just noticed it. Now that being said, they will be amazing for other activities in which I want something longer like fishing or hiking.These shorts are really good quality and they look nice. They are so comfortable, I will wear them when hanging out casually, because that case I do want a longer short. It is a worthwhile buy!

Ordered these to wear at church camp as a counselor bc they are longer than most athletic shorts and they were a great length! So comfy and the liner is high quality and covered my entire butt so it didn’t look like there were “panty lines.” Best of all, they have pockets with a tiny zipper that was PERFECT to slip my phone into!! I’m 5”7 128 lbs and my hips measure about 38-39 inches and I got the medium. They were a tad big and I probably could’ve gone with the small, but I made them work with the drawstring! I got the navy and the gray, so cute. Will definitely buy again! 10/10 quality!

Lined, zipper deep pockets, 5inch inseam, tulip sides (idk what to call it)! What more could a 5’9” runner ask for!I am pretty squarely a medium in shorts/leggings/pants. I wear a size 6 practically across the board in pants. So instead of getting the large like Amazon recommended I got my normal medium. I was wrong! The medium was stretched across my butt. I didn’t even have to walk more than two steps before my thighs gobbled up the shorts and they moved up! I returned the mediums and got the large and they are perfect!I will say even after getting the right size I would not call these high rise shorts. They aren’t quite mid rise either. They hit just below my belly button.I have only worn these inside running on the treadmill. So far they don’t seem to be too hot but we shall see how they do in spring and summer. Sometimes water resistant fabrics like this aren’t very breathable. I will update if I remember.

These shorts exceeded my expectations! I needed an alternative to my Under Armour shorts as they no longer make the style I like. Today was a big test as I wore them to Universal for 11 hours. Super comfortable and I really like how they are a longer length. Lately my weight has gone to my inner thighs and these do a good job camouflaging that. I bought a large for them to be a little loose, medium may have been fine. The zippered pockets were great as I had to keep my phone on rides to access the lockers I had to use while I was on the ride. My iPhone 13 Pro fit zipped up with no problem. These can be dressed up or down. Will buy more!

I will buy these so long as they are sold! They are so comfy and roomy. No riding up or cutting into skin. Great quality and lightweight feel!

The fit is good, ordered a large, I’m 5’4, 150lbs. The material wrinkles horribly unfortunately.

These shorts are a good fit for me and so comfortable.

I bought these shorts specifically because other reviews suggested that they're a good "dupe" for Lululemon's "Track That" short. I own the "Track That" MID-RISE shorts in Size 8 and I'm normally a size 28-29 or size Medium and have thick thighs. I sized up and got these shorts in a size large, which was a good call. I do not own the high-rise version of the "Track That" shorts so I can't say how these compare to that style.The material definitely isn't as lightweight and breathable as the "Track That" shorts, but I would say in terms of appearance, they are pretty darn similar. One nice difference: these shorts have zip pockets on both sides, whereas my "Track That" shorts have just one pocket. I carry a little extra weight in my midsection and find that the high rise on these shorts is very flattering in that area. The legs do still ride up a bit between my thighs when I walk/run (thick-thighed folks will understand this dilemma) but they are definitely better than other shorts I've tried.I am curious to see how these hold up after wash/wear. The big upside of Lululemon is the quality -- my Track That shorts still look brand new after a year of wear, so we'll see how these hold up in comparison! I'll report back in a few months.**Update in August 2023**I've washed and worn these several times and there are no signs of wear or piling. I wash on cold, and hang dry. Still very happy with my purchase!
