Quad-band Unlocked GSM Flip Seniors Cell Phone, SOS Button, Large Keyboard

This phone was purchased for my mother who is half deaf and has 25% vision left in one eye. The old bell ringer tone set at full is very loud and she can hear it. She can hear what people are saying on this phone. The speaker on the phone has good clear sound. It has a speaker phone setting but didn't test it. The AT&T phone she had the speaker was poor. She could not hear what anybody said. AT&T switch the sim card and set-up the phone in about 5 minutes. The phonebook is very simply. It will only hold the name and 1 phone number. This is excellent for someone that just wants to make phone call. This order came with a small manual. My mother is please with the phone as she can now call her friends and hear them. Without this phone she would be isolated because in the nursing home she can't make long distant calls. I would definitely recommend the phone. I bought the phone a month ago.

Beautiful phone for seniors who need but don't want technology. Big buttons, Easy to read (big letters) and it has an SOS button that can dial up to three numbers in an emergency. It also fits great in a larger hand. A little hard to get to photos and the tools aren't the easiest, but all in all it is great and it takes an SD card so you don't have to lose your old pictures. We are using it with Tracfone and had to purchase a sim card kit, but they give triple minutes for life. All in all a good choice!

The phone malfunctioned for me as the screen would not display correctly. I bought it for my mother who lives at the nursing home. It worked briefly and seemed like it was going to be great for her. Hopefully the issue I had was an isolated issue with this phone. I had to return it. I subsequently found an old phone I used years ago that is working for now, so am not sure if I will attempt another one of this brand in the future...

I'm disabled, with use of only one hand. I like to text, and this phone is easy and fun for me to text with! I ran over my older version with my power chair, and ruined it, so I tried replacing it with different brands that had more features. I ended up sending them back, regardless of the hassle and ordered the latest version of this phone again. I love it and will stick with this brand for good! I gave it a 4 rating only because I hate the ring tone choices!

not as easy as it should be to go thru the menus and buttons, Needs better labeling on the control keys. Also the 911 button is too easy to activate.

I bought this product for my mother who needs the bigger buttons and larger display. That part was wonderful. Unfortunately, We have had the phone for 3 months and it has already quit working. I am very unhappy with this brand and will not buy it again.

Dad loves it; buying phones for him is hard. Hard of seeing and hearing, but he really does like this phone and says it really does keep a charge for a while.
