This product is the best that I have ever used. I have been fighting moderate to major depression for the past 5 years (my husband past away) but maybe all of my life but it's different when you are young.I was so tired all the time that even after 10 hours of sleep I would wake up tired. I did not feel like getting out of bed or doing anything all day. Everything seemed pointless. Taking this product changed all that. I feel optimistic now. I don't mind going out. The difference is so big that it is like night and day. Please try this if you are tired all the time or feel empty or sad. It doesn't have any side effects and the difference it makes in mood, energy level and outlook is enourmous.

For me this is a renewal of life! I have started to get my energy back and mentally I am my old even keel self. I wake up ready to start my day running. I have even started exercising again. The changes that I see in myself are making me the lady that I was seveal years ago. By making this investment, I am truly glad that I took the chance and did what has turned out to be the best decision for me!

Don’t buy this or waste your money on this. Please go buy the supernova brand of Rhodiola Rosea on Amazon or if you like go to the brand website. It’s a lot more potent and will work better. I’d say like 6 of these pills is equal to 1 of the supernova brand. Yeah this price is good per MG and all but the effects are slim to nothing and not really noticeable coming from a person who’s been on a better rosea.And it’s not about the MG it’s about the percentage of the Rhodiola Rosea extract but this product on amazon doesn’t even mention the percentage you could be getting 0.01% per capsule for all you know.&&&Yeah you’re thinking this has more MG because it says more MG but it doesn’t say PER CAPSULE or specifies it’s per capsule. It could really be 900mg total or per more than two capsules together. I bought this after having the supernova brand because it had more capsules and said more MG but in the long run it’s QUALITY over QUANTITY.Like I said please don’t waste your money on this sketchy brand especially if it’s your first time using Rhodiola Rosea or you’re coming off a different brand. But each to their own. If you like if you have the money then buy both brands and compare them I promise you’ll feel/see the difference.

When I first got these, I tried a whole pill (which is 450mg, as 900mg is the two-capsule serving size) which was too much for me. I did get a very large lift in mood (middle of the day, suddenly realized I was walking around unconsciously humming to myself and almost dancing - there's a first ever...), but in the afternoon I suddenly got so tired I couldn't even stand up. Stopped taking it and thought that was that.Decided to try it again at half a capsule (I open the capsule onto some notebook paper and cut it with a post-it note, take half and wrap the rest up in the post-it note for the next day - office drug party!) and it's much better this time - it's been about a month now of daily use. Results are great - no afternoon tiredness, lots more energy than usual, big mood lift, and honestly, it sort of feels like my depression, which I've been dealing with for about 15 years now, has basically evaporated. I'm sure it's not cured or anything like that, but most of the effects of it are entirely suppressed - almost no sense of hopelessness, much easier to wake up in the morning, plenty of energy, much better anger control (my VERY severe irritability is muted to almost nothing, which makes it easier to be the parent I want to be, rather than having to fight the urge to scream at my kid over ever stupid little thing), and so far I haven't built up a tolerance at all.Goes without saying, very highly recommend, but don't start with a whole capsule, and definitely NOT the two capsules recommended. Start with a Quarter or Half a capsule. If you get super tired, try less. Cutting it sounds like a pain, but it really isn't that big a deal. I've considered finding another brand with smaller amounts, but theirs works and I don't want to mess with it. Also, it will last forever at half a capsule daily.

I didn't give it five stars because I'm not 100% sure that it's helping me, or if it's just a placebo effect? But I *think* it is helping me. I have mild anxiety and when I'm taking Rhodiola regularly, I think I'm a bit calmer and more cheerful. I think the whole point of natural remedies is that they don't hit you over the head with results but gently put you in better balance. So I will recommend this for mild anxiety and continue to take it.

I take one every morning this give me the extra boost of energy and I swear my cognitive functioning is better too! I also take them if I’m going to a social function I swear I’m more outgoing and more comfortable than ever. I used to have very slight social anxiety I mean very slight. But I was also the person that never knew what to say or how to keep a conversation going. I don’t know what is is about these but I swear they get the brain going and I finally feel like myself in social situations. Highly recommend!

Have been taking rhodiola for years - for depression etc. For some reason i decided to try a different brand - your. Am amazed at the difference in quality. I`m taking 100 mg less and feel better than I have in a while. More energy, better mood and less appetite. Wow. Thank you! Will be buying this again.and recommending to other friends who take it as well.

I bought this after reading its effects on low moods. I bought a number of things at the same time: probiotic, vitamin D, Tumeric curcumin, zinc, ashgawanda and this product. And using all of these has just absolutely changed my mood and energy. I do believe this product plays a HUGE role and I will be reordering.
