Great recipes but the book is falling apart. But because I’m just beyond the returns window, I’m stuck with it. I don’t think that’s right

I like the way it’s set up though it’s not like all the others. Organized to show you how to pressure cook particular ingredients and add to tasty recipes. Rest of book is full on pressure cooker meals. Thinking it would be really helpful for someone starting out.Recipes are the creative and yummy recipes you would expect from Martha Stewart.

Habe dieses Buch und noch ein paar Vergleichsbücher für meinen Sohn zum Thema Pressure-Cooker in verschiedenene Sprachen bestellt und dieses gehörte mit zu den Besten bisher. Gutes Format, läßt sich 'gut lesen', übersichtlich gestaltet und die Rezepte sind relativ abwechslungsreich und lassen sich an vielen Orten kochen oder inspirierte Abwandlungen. Zudem erstaunlich zeitlos.

I was so excited for the book to arrive and to try out more recipes in my pressure cooker.However, this turned out to be a huge disappointment. When you actually try the recipes, you'll have a million questions floating around because they are so brief that you're not sure what to do.

I’m a new instant pot user. I like this book very much, lots of good recipes. The other book I bought is The Instant Pot Bible which is even better in my opinion for first-time users. Having both on my shelf works well for me.
