One knife does plenty
This knife is perfect for cutting all types of vegetables! I tend to strain my wrist when I am cutting vegetables for a long time and this knife relieves me of this strain. It cuts through soft vegetable like butter and doesn't struggle to cut through tougher vegetables like carrots. It cleans well and is a beautiful piece of metal work. I will be buying more from the range very soon :)
