I can't comment on freshness, easy to assemble. I was disappointed by the cheap materials used to build this product. If it wasn't for the fact my wife liked it. It would've be re-boxed and sent back. I would NOT recommend this product

Two Loafs No
Two loafs of my bread in wrapper did not fit. Took bread out so it would fit. Now I will see if it stays fresh.

It was not what I expected. It was very light weight, and smaller than I expected. You could barely get a loaf of bread in it. It looked like a toy.
