Good travel mug
Good quality from a well known reputable brand. It keeps liquid very hot for at least 4 hours. I like the Tefal coating which makes it very easy to clean.

Keeps coffee hot for six or more hours
This is the best coffee thermos. We have Stanley, Browning, Thermos and this Zojruhsi keeps coffee the hottest and freshest of them all. Its not a little better, its way better. It cost more and may hold less coffee, but I think that's part of the design. The one we have has been knocked off the tailgate of my truck several times and has dings but still works great.

Excellence.
Let me say, before I start gushing, that I have owned and extensively used most other brands of bottle/mug for both hot and cold applications.I’ve used Yeti. Brumate. Stanley. Hydro flask. Kleen Kanteen. And a few no name brands. Each one of the above I used for at least 1 year and I used them every single day. Perhaps with an allowance of 5 days in that period.Yeti I used 2 years straight before my Zojirushi.Hydro flask for over 4 yrsKK for at least 3.5 yrsBrumate for just shy of 3 yrsStanley… most of my 20’s lolSo I think it’s fair to say I have some credibility. Most the experience is with hot and cold, as I had one for each situation. Morning and afternoon coffee/soup and all day/night cold water(3-5 litres each day)After only 2 months…This is easily the best at hot. Far and away the best. I put in hot liquid and if I don’t leave the cap off it’s still near scalding hot 6 hrs later.Sipping…until you’re done or the day is.Cold….have bought one for cold yet but I’ve never had a bottle that I use for this function that has performed better hot than cold. It’s usually it performs better cold, so if it performs this well for hot, I have no doubt that I’ll be seeing my expectations exceeded with cold as well.Buy it. Don’t think about it just buy it.And it feels amazing in hand. There’s one thing the Japanese excel at, and there are a lot of things, it’s aesthetic. It’s just a pleasure to hold.Easy to clean. Deceptively large in what it holds.I pulled this thing out of the box and instead of myself it can’t be 20 ounces, but it is.Can’t wait to get one for Coldwater.

Terrific hot beverage mug
I saw this mug in the NY Times Wirecutter email. It keeps coffee warm for an hour, and that's without the lid on it.
