I measured carefully and ordered this as stated 340mm swann neck and 1.5m cable.What came has a 280mm neck, too short to make any kind of bend that stays in place. Plus the cable is a useless 109cm.I could have got the same for half the price.

This lamp/bulb is not as described UVB, a turtle specialist has confirmed that the product is "fake" the uncovered bulb produces UVC which can cause cancer apparently. Whilst I can put a UVB bulb in this lamp the bulb will be too big and the neck is not strong enough to hold itself up. Waste of money.

The dimmer switch is too close to the clip and the clip is useless and annoying there's no where to clip it and it was working fine for a while I connected it to alexa for a timer. Now it's broken now it doesn't work.

Lamp came and seemed good quality, soon realised we had to twist the bulb everytime we turned it on as it wasnt working. Bought on 8th April and by 13th May the inside of the lamp collapsed (a week out of the returns window)

It's great. Love the dimmer switch on the cable and that it comes with two bulbs 💡😀👌
