Alaska Weathervane Scallops are caught in the Shelikof Straits, west of Kodiak. These scallops are a premium product and only a limited amount are available every year. The scallops are caught, sorted, shucked and frozen at sea. You can cook saute, bread and deep fry or add to a salad. The medium scallops are more than bite sized and add a touch of class to any meal or appetizer.
