Helmet visor fogging is a big problem when you are on the road. Rain and cold weather conditions create a fog on the inside of your visor obstructing vision, and it is very dangerous to try and wipe off while riding. The only option is to try to pull off the road while blinded to wipe the visor clear.I'd tried various coatings touted to prevent fogging on the inside of the helmet visor and none worked. My research showed that an insert is the best way to prevent fogging. This product was an inexpensive option & worth giving a try. The anti-fog insert adheres to the inside of your helmet visor. You are advised to clean the inside of your visor and wipe it with a lens cloth before inserting this lens. There is a clear cling-film alignment template that you stick to the outside of your visor to assist with proper location when installing. Apply the cling film to the outside of your cleaned visor, then peel the backing off the insert and align with the template. It sticks on with the raised silicone edge. Be careful to avoid scratching the soft film. Press firmly on the anti-fog lens over the silicone raised border to ensure the lens stays attached. I used only a lens cleaning rag or microfiber cloth to clean and maintain the lens.I just completed a 4,000-mile ride using this antifog insert riding in storms, cool weather and extremely hot weather and it worked great. Towards the end of my ride, I saw some very faint steam areas, but when I used a soft cleaning cloth to clean the lens the issue went completely away restoring the anti-fog capabilities. I stayed away from cleaning products to avoid altering the antifog surface. Using just a dry microfiber cloth rubbing gently across the liner served to clean and restore the full function of the liner for me when it was soiled with fingerprints etc.THIS WORKED GREAT THE ENTIRE time!! GREAT purchase!Some reviewers had reported problems, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I've just purchased a second antifog insert for my wife's helmet.

No fogging up, easy install

Effectively eliminates fog on the inside of my visor, and was easily installed. BUT, be very careful about cleaning the inside of the visor, because this anti-fog shield is soft and scratches easily. Because of my carelessness, my shield lasted only about 3 months of daily use.

I run hot with all of my gear on, and my visor would always fog up making it difficult to see especially when I'm stopped. I put this bad boy on my visor and it's no longer an issue. I can keep the visor shut with confidence.

Definitely worth it. It does the job expected.

Photochromic doesn't work as you expect and even as it is on the picture in the listing. It does not become dark. It becomes a little foggy. The fogged visor is the last thing you need on the road.

I ride at 6am in the morning at temperatures in the mid 20's Fahrenheit. This worked perfectly and there has been zero fogging. There's also no noticeable distortion or glare during the day time. Only issue I have is it wasn't quite big enough for my visor so I can see the edging. It's not distracting but would have been nicer if it had been just a little bigger.

This works at keeping your visor from fogging excellently. It doesn't get darker though. It says photochromatic which made me believe it would darken in sunlight, but it doesn't. These pictures were taken after 20 minutes of direct sunlight. It does fit my Schubert C3 and is very clear and almost zero distortion. I really wanted the darkening and is why I went with this instead of the pinlock from factory. So far it appears to stop fog nearly as well, but I've only seen relatively warm mornings. It does fog briefly but clears almost instantly. If it darkened I would have given it 5 stars.

No fog whatsoever anymore great product

Ersetzt eine pinlock ohne Einschränkungen. Montage einfach, klare Sicht bei schlechtem Wetter. Sichtfeld ist nicht getrübt, kann ich also bedenkenlos empfehlen

Fácil de colocar con la plantilla que viene incluida en el paquete.La he puesto en el casco y probado con la moto y funciona perfectamente. Con temperaturas de ambiente más frías seguramente le costará más, pero desde luego nada que ver con no tenerla puesta.
