Big guys rejoice
First off, the disclaimer. I don't use it every day, so I have almost zero durability info. I've had the chair a while now though. Most of a year.It assembled as easily as this kind of thing can. It's a big chair, so it isn't exactly something a 10 year old can do, in other words. But a relatively healthy adult should be able to do it solo. Otherwise, have help with getting things in place.Once together, it rolls well. Everything is comfortable. I'm a big guy, ex power lifter that's put on pounds since becoming disabled, so I'm hovering around 350lbs. It doesn't make noises or have any difficulty if I halfway fall into it. That's impressive to me. Even when I was still in good health, I was 300ish and had issues with chairs disliking me.So, for any other big guys struggling with reviews and dreading having to go through annoyances wit h returns, this chair is a good option. I can't promise anything about the brand's quality control, but *my* chair had no issues out of the box, and has held up to infrequent use and mild abuse.

Finally
I’m a big girl with a bad back and crappy hips this chair is great for short periods of time say two or three hours max a day it feels sturdy and it’s relatively supportive. I find after two or three hours my tailbone starts to ache but for the price and the sturdiness, I can appreciate this as at work. My chair started at $1300 so considering price and comfortability this is great for home. .

Fits well.
This is the best plus size office chair I have tried. I have tried 4 and sent 3 back. The cylinder gave up in less than a year. I could have returned the entire chair but didn't want to so I ordered a replacement cylinder. I have also replaced the wheels. I love my chair they just need to make better cylinder and wheels on it. I would buy this again.

Decent enough
Being a larger fellow, I have to buy everything with that in mind. Most of the high weight class chairs are terribly expensive, so I thought I would give this one a shot because it was much more affordable. The good:* affordable* seems fairly sturdy, particularly at this price point* attractive enough* didn't require multiple people or an engineering degree to assemble* it really is big enough for pretty much any butt to fit in it, regardless of how oversized, you could likely fit 2 small framed people in it side by side without cramming them in* the arms don't get in the way at all if you don't want them down, they swing back completely out of the wayThe bad:* the casters is ships with really are junk, replace them day 1* the angle of the seat itself (not adjustable) is not optimal, it doesn't make you feel like you're sliding out of the chair, but it's close. Artful arrangement of the aftermarket seat padding can alleviate this fairly well* definitely needs more/better seat padding, you'll almost certainly need to address it with an aftermarket solution after being seated 3 or so hours working, your tailbone will feel like someone hit it with a hammer without aftermarket padding* if you don't NEED a seat that large, don't buy this chair, it swallows normal sized folks wholeThe Ugly:* Every person that's sat in the chair has commented it's uncomfortable, literally every person. Big, Tall, Fat, Short, Skinny, every combination. Not a single person has said they liked the feel of it as shipped* Not great for work at home or extended computer use as shipped, I found myself shifting around trying to get something resembling comfortable after just 20 mins seated. After an hour it's almost actually painful. I blame that as a combination of the seating angle and the seat padding.Verdict:Fat folks, and we know who we are, this is an acceptable cheap compromise for a home chair. It's cheap, doesn't feel like you're going to break it every time you sit down. It may not offer great comfort, but there's seating pads that will address that, and it's worth it not to have to try and squeeze into chairs for "normal folks". Considering the next "step up" in quality for a large chair is likely going to be 3 times the price, $600+, it's worth taking the chance to see if they chair can be made to work for you, so long as you're aware that 'as is', it's not really going to be optimal for extended seating working from home, gaming or just puttering around on the internet. And you will have to replace those casters.

average big and tall chair.
I know the price is good on this chair and does have extra padded seat but I have only had it a few weeks and the seat is already squishing down, you can't adjust the seat pan tilt, just the back rest. It is good overall but not as great for bigger ppl near the 400lb range.
