More please
Enjoyed every story in the series immensely, I'm looking forward to reading a lot more by this author. Her characters are believable and relatable.

EPIC
The final installment was absolutely epic! Multiple storylines, and a wee bit of sadness to know that the series was coming to an end. Well done Ms. Chase.

Nice ending to a fun series
I have enjoyed both Spellbound series since they came out. The stories were cute and fun and each had a very unique aspect to it. It’s the way a formulaic Paranormal Cozy Mystery should be written, because it wasn’t done in a formulaic way. You knew there’d be a murder and finally a capture of the villain, but it never followed a set path. The fact that the stories also tried to bring out the best of each character and hoped for the best to happen in the world, was so appreciated. Yes there is bad in the world, and evil, but what better way to fight it, then by trying to be the best ‘you’ possible and make a positive difference in the world, when and where you can. It’s something I strive for myself and it’s nice to know that others in the world like to think it’s feasible too and will even write stories applauding such efforts. Including a benediction to the world’s loss of Robin Williams, that was touching and heartfelt message.I am sorry to see that this was the final story in this series, but I can understand that the author wants to expand other series and hopefully create new stories to entertain us, the reader. The way the author brought everything to a head in the final chapter was well done. Calix had to be handled, and truthfully was handled incredibly well. To the point that this break is only temporary, but still the break only happened because of his own actions. The only negative I would point out is that he wasn’t given a trial or judged by a ruling body. Emma is a lawyer, in this case she acted as judge, jury and executioner. Maybe fairly and even in self defense or in defense of her daughter, but I think it might have been better to have her go to court and have a sentence ruled against Calix in absentia. Yes, he still wouldn’t have had his voice heard by the court, but I think it would have added a fun twist and be more honest to the characters. There could even have been a law on the books regarding demigods, which Emma could had used as her argument.I hope that there will be a return to the Spellbound series sometime in the future, if even only as a short story or one off novel. The characters are too diverse and unique not to utilize them again.

Superb!
I fabulous ending to Spellbound Ever After! I am sure Spellbound Legacy eventually will be even better with all the children grown. The mystery and ending on this one were amazing and worth the reading of the series! Absolutely love this authors writing style and the flare of her characters. Found her through the Crossroads Queen and have read almost all her series written for which I am sure Kindle Unlimited is very thankful. I have two more series two read and whatever updates happen in between.

Spellbound not only a town but what happens as you read the books.
I liked this whole book. My only regret is that it ended. I am curious to know Diana as she grows up. I wonder about her sibling. I wonder how Diana’s grandpa awakens and if he realizes that family is better than power. But mostly I will miss all the characters in this series. What a great bunch. A must read.

Good read
I really hated to see this series end. Book 9 has so many emotions, especially at the end. It has humor, murder, mystery, angst with Emma's father, fear, tons of magic, and a plethora of paranormal characters. On to the next series. Highly entertaining.

Fun series
The plot lines intertwine and come to a satisfying ending. Watching the characters grow and develop is fun. I'll try the next series.

Last but not over
I love the whole story of Spellbound. From first to last. I'd love to read about Diana as an adult and the influence that her "family" had over her as her grandfather woke up. On to the next. Thanks for a great read😁

Wonderful
This series is fun to read but behind the humour there’s deep thought about relationships and life. I recommend this read.

Very much enjoyed the two Spellbound series. Not 5 starts because...
I really did enjoy the two series (Spellbound and Spellbound Ever After)...Except by the end I was a bit fed up with Emma being quite so goody goody (I agreed with the characters in the book point that out - but then also bravo to the author for having her characters point out that her leading lady is a bit over the top with her overflowing kindess and thinking only of others!)... and her apparently more or less brainless angel started to grate just a little bit too. Beauty is not all!!! Daniel could have been fleshed out much more than he was - hard to know wha the attraction was for Emma aside from his turquoise eyes, norse look, and wings! The other characters are great, the writing is good, the mysteries quite good (if some a bit easy to solve others are not)...I think there could have been a 3rd series here - what happens with Diana and Calix???I'd enjoy that number 3 if it is there to be written in the mind of the author...Again really did enjoy the 19 books (10 in series 1 / 9 in series 2) - ripped through them in about 5-6 days. They are about 1 1/2 hr reading time (note, I am a very quick reader, according to my kindle to start average reading time is more 3.5-4 hrs I think). A nice length for me to read for a bit after work - and I don't put a book down till I've finished it!) to relax before dealing with other things I need to..And do absolutely recommend them!

Amazing series/book/author
Amazing series so Sad it is over. Wish it was never ending no matter how impractical that is. Emma is the person everyone should try to be she looks for and brings out the best in people.
