This got rid of my Fiancé's menopause symptoms. A friend of mine recommended it to her. She was told it takes time to get into your system and see symptom relief. We planned on at least a month to two based on others experience. After two weeks all her symptoms are gone, no dryness, or hot flashes. She does notice if she skips a day or two she can start to get symptoms although less severe.

I just recently bought these love the amount you get for the price! My one caveat is they made my menstrual cycle start back up, I haven't had one in 5 months. No cramps or bloating but I'm definitely on. They have helped with my hot flashes, night sweats and seem to be helping with my breast tenderness.

I got this when I discovered my breasts were tender. After the first night I surprising felt I got better rest. Each night there after it continued. When I looked it up I read there is no evidence of it, yet others have noticed improvement with sleep. Evidence or not, I’ve experienced it. And no sore breasts.

I believe that this product has helped my menopausal symptoms and joint aches that come from the reduction of estrogen. I am extremely pleased with the packaging because I dislike wasteful, plastic bottles. The three bags that I have ordered thus far have never had the capsules melted together or stuck together.

I like that is too in one lest pills to take. Like that is not so big good size.

I was hoping this would have worked as well or better than my previous supplement that was just had evening primrose oil, but sadly it did not, and I noticed no benefits from it. They are a nice size and easy to swallow, so three stars for that.
